Anyone ever drop a battery and kill it?

I have dropped several out of my shirt pocket many times and so far, so good. But there is a pressure switch inside and I'm sure it could only stand so much shock before it goes TU. I've been lucky.

yeah it sucks it was a relatively new one. but oh well, its funny i dropped it then walked out to the mailbox and bam mark had sent me one i love these guys .

I JUST got my new xl 13 sec. cutoff bat. last week luv it drop it yesterday I could blow in the connector side led light would come on threw a cart on it got a hit for second then would go off.Wouldn't hold charge so called mark he said it was what they call sticky battery and that their working on them being a little more durable still got to be careful with them.NEEDLESS TO SAY HE'S TAKING CARE OF IT,THEY ARE GREAT,dealt with other companies had something wrong ship back pay for shipping cost took forever to get back ,we are all so lucky to have found v4l because they truely seem to care!

I dropped one on the tile floor not a good thing to do. Then about a week later8-o my mom did the same thing. Best thing is mark is taking care of both of them

I sure don't know of any other company that will replace items not working on account of dufus stuff. No offense to anyone here.

None taken. I was shocked when Mark told me to put a note in the comments. I had posted asking if anyone new of a fix. And you are right no other company would replace them. Just one more reason V4L is the best.

I dropped a very large LiPo pack and split it once. That was really fun. Ignore the cracks on the concrete floor and apologize to the fire department for me... 8-o8-o8-o
