I have the same issue, what brand of flavorings do you like?

I get on pretty well with the totally-wicked flavors. Recently I've been using the Dekang Silver range. These are supposed to be ready to go juices, but (at least the ones I've tried so far) they are so strong that I add them to my DIY juices at the same dilution as normal flavorings. I mix Cream Cake with Lime to make key lime pi which is delicious.

Thankfully, the only major issues I have had in 3 years of vaping have been with 2 different flavors, from 2 different vendors. Both had maple in them. One was a maple rum tobacco, the other was a waffle flavor from a different vendor. Both arrived very dark, and the only way I can describe the taste and smell is "skunky". Even after letting them steep for a few weeks, they smelled and tasted awful. Like a really bad, cheap cigar, although that is an insult to cigars. They were the only flavors that I had no remorse over dumping.

Needless to say, I am very cautious about ordering anything with maple flavor, especially from those vendors.

I had a similar experience trying a little V2 Coffee. The owner of the juice liked it a lot, so probably nothing wrong with it, but I found it too much like burnt coil and it seemed to take a week to fully eradicate. If I ever try coffee again, it will be after liking it in someone else's hardware. Also not too crazy about Goodejuice Wrangler Light because its main flavor is smoky. It doesn't taste bad at all, but my alarm bells are going off continuously.

being a supertaster isnt all its cracked up to be... to me its more a curse than a joy.... :(

Agreed!! When people would tell me "If you quit smoking, you can taste and smell things better!" it just made me want to keep on smoking. Improved sense of taste/smell was actually one of the things I dreaded about quitting... I was already often annoyed or overwhelmed by odors. Yeah, now it's worse. But my health is better so the trade-off is worth it.
