Just a 'heads up' for my fellow Canadians on this site, shipping is only free within the US.

That being said, they are very nice and the shipping fee is minimal. :D

I'm still waiting for my order to arrive, but I'll let you know how I liked it when it shows up. I ordered 1 30ml bottle of Benson & Hedges at 48mg strength and I asked to try their A&W Root beer for their sample bottle!

I bought from wordupecig also. Their personal approach can't be beaten. They sent me a little of their butterscotch. That is now my favorite. I usually like tobacco flavors. Although they charge for shipping outside of the US,they make sure you get your order. I wish they had some eliquid in my lower strength. It seems a crime to cut the ejuice flavors he sends.

Well, fast forward a few months and I've ordered from noone else. I have noticed a couple of things. The hand written notes seem to tapper off. After a few sales, you don't seems to get them anymore. A nice touch on their part but don't expect to keep getting them. Sometimes it seems as though my orders take longer to process than they did in the beginning but I can't be sure of that though.

I have recently had a problem arise. I ordered and atomizer in late March then another (Backup) at the end of April. The new atty burned out in under two weeks. I sent Jeff a copy of my receipt and he said Sorry, there is an 11 day manufacturers warranty and that is it. The end.

I wanted a replacement and for all I know, we might have been on day 11.... Anyway, he told me he could ask the manufacturer and they'd probably say no and that I should just buy another one.... Ummm no. He was supposed to check on this but I've heard nothing since.

Maybe it's wrong to think that being a regular customer should earn you a LITTLE special treatment. At my work, the customers are golden because THEY are the ones that really sign the paychecks you know? You can't sell you soul to them but were talking about an atty that burned out in 2 weeks here.... Also, a week before all of this, I got a friend of mine started on the E-cig and she ordered everything she needed from Jeff.

Again, I'm thinking that should mean something but apparently it does not. Jeff assured me that I am a valued customer but I really don't feel like it in this case. He told me since the atomizers are so cheap I oughta just buy another.... I don't care if it's 50 cents. If it died in two weeks, I feel I should be taken care.

He said that on the website they have more expensive atomizers that have a 3 - 6 month warranty.... Where are these, can someone tell me? I've been all over their site and see nothing of the kind. I would have initially ordered THAT had I seen it.

Meanwhile I went back to a previously used vendor, Rocky Mountain Vapor to get new atomizers. At Wordup the 901 atomizers are just under $10 with free shipping and a 11 day warranty that you apparently have to get through Jeff on.

At Rocky Mountain Vapor, they charge $7 for a 901 atomizer and shipping is like $2. AND they offer a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt. (I received them 2 days after I ordered, BTW.) You can do the math here.... I MIGHT keep getting juice at Wordup but I will never buy another accessory from them again. Hopefully my friend has no trouble with her purchase.

This might seem like a trifle but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. :(

The Janty dura atomizers have a 6 month warranty.

Alright so here's my update.

After partying all night with my family at my Nieces graduation shindig, I woke up late today to a voice mail from Jeff with Wordup Ecig calling about my atomizer. (And my most recent post here.) He also sent me a PM here on the forums.

According to Jeff, the manufacturer has approved my warranty and my replacement atomizer will be included in my next order. (Which should be pretty soon as I'm puffing the Hell out of this Flue Cured batch I ordered from him the last time.)

I want to point out that I have had nothing but good things out of Wordup since I started dealing with them. It was this particular incident that rubbed me the wrong way. Jeff clearly stated to me just now that if an atomizer goes out within 30 days, that he will go to the manufacturer and request a replacement for the customer. (Manufacturer may not do it but....)

That makes me feel a little better because initially all I was told was that it was a manufacturers warranty, not theirs which translated to me as "Tough Luck." Jeff repeatedly telling me that they would probably say no was apparently him trying to prepare me for the worst but to me it sounded like he didn't really want to deal with it. Hence my last post.

I do not want to tarnish their good name. I just felt that after handing out many, many cards for them and getting a friend hooked up with them just weeks ago that getting a replacement atty wouldn't be an ordeal as the other only lasted for two weeks tops.

To Jeff and Lauren: Sorry to have stirred up such a ruckus here. I have to deal with customers all the time and I take customer service VERY seriously. My customers don't care about things like manufacturers warranties, If something goes out after two weeks they only care about what I'm going to do to make it right. They initially came to me after all, not the manufacturer....

On a happier note: If you guys get any orders from Nashville and they don't offer my name voluntarily, ask if my name is on the back of the card. I handed out a bunch of them at Waffle House beofre all this mess got started.... Yea, Waffle House where EVERYONE smokes. And they have to do it outside which they constantly complain about.... They didn't even know what an e-cig was but were all freaking out over it.

And a couple of them said they were going to contact you guys and get set up so we'll see.

Thanks again to both Jeff and Lauren for getting this taken care of. (Jeff, please do pass that on to Lauren.)

Great supplier of VG, tons of flavors, fast and friendly. Ordered 30ml on Wednesday and it was here in CO on Saturday. I've ordered from them several times and only had 1 problem. No big deal, honest mistake. They got my addy wrong and it was sent back w/a wrong address. B/c it took so long to get my order, they gave me 10ml of my choice for free. Definitely recommend, esp. if you prefer VG...
