Horrible Experience with supplier

Ive been vaping now for 6 mos, been analog free for 5 1/2 mos, dealt with about 4 suppliers, and only one has given me problems. Wordup ecig excepts no responsibilities for their mess ups. According to them, my bank even after denying my order(due to a typo on my part) pushed it anyway. That was false. after going to my bank, it was shown to me that it was pushed 2x by them.Yet still its the banks fault. And receivedd no products. After speaking to them(Jeff), it seems like they have in their mind that we in the vap community are idiots. I ran businesses with huge monthly budgets and never ever blamed the banks nor our client for anyone's mess ups, ours or the clients. Wordup is the only company i ordered from that my payments are put on hold. All other suppliers payment goes through right away and receive everything within 2days.Needless to say legal actions are being pursued and im curios anyone else have problems with this company?

Welcome to ECF- congratulations on almost 6 months smoke-free. I'm sorry you're having problems with the company and i hope that you get it straightened out.

I don't know if it would be helpful to try to work with them here in ECF, but they do have a forum here Wordup Ecig (4 more posts and time for the forum to reset and you can post there)

Wow....sorry you're having problems. Click on the Forum Suppliers Tab up top and you'll see reputable sites to do business with. There are a lot of shady businesses in the vaping scene right now. ECF has done a great job of pointing at the quality ones for us.
Thanks for the reply, i have used a couple of other suppliers from this forum, and as i stated, never ever any issues in products nor billing. Needless to say the attorney general of my state as well as theirs are going to be notified.

Whoah, there just a second Hoss!
I know it's a PITA when things go wrong with a supplier but, as others suggested, post in the Wordup sub-forum as soon as you can to let them know publicly that there's an issue. As an ECF registered supplier, they should act quickly to protect their reputation.

No need to get The Man involved just yet...

Yes, they should act to save their reputation but more than likely they won't. They'll delete the thread because it's a complaint and not a compliment.

Exactly, they will delete it then claim Im just having sour grapes,to cover their inadequacies. some people get cocky and become know it alls after a little success. They have great tobaco juice but all else cost more anyway, for the exact same items everyone else has. they claim free shipping but paying more in products. thank you all for your suggestions in other suppliers that are actually cheaper for the same items and better juice, and have free shipping.will spend my money as well as my friends and fams money on other suppliers, their loss. What bothered me was tried pulling sending me same invoice 4 times claiming it was for 2 returns, thats just bad buisness
