Ive been vaping now for 6 mos, been analog free for 5 1/2 mos, dealt with about 4 suppliers, and only one has given me problems. Wordup ecig excepts no responsibilities for their mess ups. According to them, my bank even after denying my order(due to a typo on my part) pushed it anyway. That was false. after going to my bank, it was shown to me that it was pushed 2x by them.Yet still its the banks fault. And receivedd no products. After speaking to them(Jeff), it seems like they have in their mind that we in the vap community are idiots. I ran businesses with huge monthly budgets and never ever blamed the banks nor our client for anyone's mess ups, ours or the clients. Wordup is the only company i ordered from that my payments are put on hold. All other suppliers payment goes through right away and receive everything within 2days.Needless to say legal actions are being pursued and im curios anyone else have problems with this company?
