Hi Pantss..I have gone through the same thing u have....and before i could ask, i saw u have also answered what i was expecting....it's the change in PV that caused this...believe me, i am on my fourth month now, started of with a cig-a like, then to the 510-manuals with LR boge cartos and have recently shifted to the ego-t tank attys with twists...and for the first couple of days i went through dizziness, nausea , and stomach ache, the reason i figured out was , i was vaping way too much liquid than i used too, almost 3 times more than i used in my 510 and boge cartos....i slowly reduced my vape time, and things are in control.....

Happy vaping

i draw them straight into my lungs and then out through mouth/nose

From what I have read from others, that tends to be more throat irritating. Seems the most popular way of vaping is to draw the vape into the mouth, then inhale it into the lungs. Try that to see if it reduces any irritation?

I'm the same. Even at 12mg, whenever I get new stuff in that isn't in my everyday arsenal, I tend to over vape. On the bright side, it's taking less and less time for me to over vape. This tells me I'm about ready to step down to 8mg or even 6mg! I'm slowly weening myself off the nicotine. Once I get to 0, I can happily vape nic free!!

I agree with the posts, but one thing to consider is that sometimes people's bodies start to react to certain juices after a time. Lots of people on ECF posted they all of a sudden couldn't handle the same juice they vaped for months. Happened to me as well... I vaped JC choc and summer peach for months... My lungs started to not like the choc anymore... If it's not the nic, you may want to switch and see if it is some response to your juice.

People have also posted that the vendor juice recipe/supplier changed as well. Make sure your juice quality is the same/consistant. Make sure your juice is not contaminated. Dizzy or sweaty is not the same as a stomach thing...

Interesting. I thought people would have increased tolerance over time and they would require a higher NIC.
Common sense would tell you so, but in this case common sense would be wrong.
:)

I have seen hundreds, if not thousands of people on this forum talking about lowering nicotine strength over time.
But I have seen only a handful of posts from people who have actually raised it over time.

EDIT: Not counting people who needed to raise it from what they started with because it was too low to start with.

My buddy dropped down to 0 nic but found he couldn't get the Th he was looking for anymore
