On their site there is not an option for "District of Columbia" in the shipping info. Nor one in the customer registration section.
I did the Live Chat with them and had a hard time making them understand Washington State is not the same as Washington, DC. and that DC isn't a city in the great state of Washington. Especially difficult for them to understand that DC isn't a state (geeze, please give us the statehood, already!) In the end she just told me to select Washington state and then contact them to fix the address once I have place the order. I said no to that cos' I don't want to risk not getting the stuffs and have to deal with it later. I asked them to fix it on the site. It has been a week now and still no option for DC and I even followed it up with an email to them.
Anyone from DC has orered from them and get the order in?
