Vaporbreak.

Shipping times. They will be quite long and often as long as quoted. Sometimes quicker but be prepared to wait.
Contacting them. Hit and miss. You might want to use the online feature on their site but in their office hours but that is also hit and miss.
Receiving items. I may be wrong but after reading a hell of a lot on here I know of only a few cases not received. This was due to Chinese customs and was rectified by VB.

The Vamo.

Stacking. Not a problem as long as you research. Plenty info here.
Spring issue. V2 models mainly have the upgraded spring. Cheap to rectify if yours doesn't.

Do your research guys and base decisions on others experience. As for as the OP's problems with a 350 stubby. Sorry, I can't help. Mine has been fine stacked, single stubby or single 650.

I'm waiting on an order from VaporBreak and getting concerned about the tracking number they sent me. Both of them.
Seems the first one was wrong and they sent me a corrected tracking number. The problem is that when I try to track it, all I get is "not found." Anyone else have that problem with the tracking number on an order from them?

It has been 9 days since the order was shipped, theoretically.

I ordered mine on Feb 17. I received an incorrect tracking number on Feb 19 and was sent a new one on March 10. It finally arrived today but nobody was home to sign for it. Now I have to wait another day. This device better be worth it.

Very little research will tell you it's hit or miss with VaporBreak. They do not speak English well, they have poor communication skills, they are Very disorganised.

They regularly sell their products for a lot less than most vendors Anywhere. This is their Biggest selling point.

If people prefer to buy cheaper from VaporBreak they must at the same time accept they have no comeback. If the items are defective or incorrect, Tough. Seriously, getting a tracking number, albeit incorrect, is a lot easier than trying to sort out issues with items.

When one chooses to make purchases from vendors like VaporBreak And one chooses to pay for cheaper shipping, then one takes the risk of the items being delayed. They cannot get the parcel to you faster than the method you purchased. VaporBreak does not have Any control over China Post. And don't even think about buying juices, the delays are outrageous.

If you don't want the hassle pay more for EMS. Better yet make your purchases with Health Cabin, renowned for excellent customer service and shipping or choose US and European vendors instead.

Very well put and to the point. You can order from VB and pay for a faster shipping option but that defeats the object. If you want a cheaper way (not cheaper device as the Vamo's all come from China) then VB it. If not go local.

Sorry Meli but can I point out they are training up some new customer service people (Karen and Lynn I think? who are English) and I've never been able to order juice from them as they never have any. If they did I certainly would.

You will probably have it before the tracking catches up to it....

As did I mate. It left China and I heard nothing until Royal Mail (yeah us UK people have Royalty posting our mail :p) informed me one week later.

Can I just reiterate some facts as opposed to hearsay.

Vaporbreak

VaporBreak (woohoo I got the new girls names right)

Much cheaper than local but you will have to be patient.
Very few shipments fail and those that do (due to customs) are fully refunded.
Quality is the same as local because they all come from China ( I believe there are four or five locations in China where they are made) so if your local adds a good few bucks on and you get it now then he's made $ and you're made up.

Disclaimer.... I do not receive monies, property or indeed sexual favours from VB or any of it's employees. I have no financial link to VB other than the purchase of a fine and shiny Vamo. Any comments herewith are purely on a satisfied customer basis and in no way threaten the harm of any kittens/puppies.

Also ordered from VB and all seems good BUT just as I'm not expecting a PV that will last for years I'm also not expecting quick delivery. Last order from the U.S. last tracking was package had left L.A. Next thing I know it's in my mailbox. Ya pay cheep ya get cheep and I'm ok with that.

Nice to know!;)

VB sold liquids all along until the Vamo rush began in November. The Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year rush followed and a large number of consignments were held up at Chinese customs due to liquids. It got crazy. VB did warn people though. Still, orders were being placed, parcels were withheld, refunds were made left & right. Can't say it helped their profit margin. I'm not surprised they've yet to replenish their juice stocks.

I've had one good and one poor experience with them, last order October, neither parcel contained liquids but the last one didn't contain what I purchased either. Needless to say I won't be going back in a hurry.

If they have stepped up their game and Eventually employed staff to communicate with customers, Good.
It's about :censored: time!!

Yes. I actually order one Vamo SS on the 19th. It has not been shipped yet whereas some friends of mine who ordered it one day later have already received the shippment notification. So I send a mail yesterday and I got this answer this morning:

hello, rexet.so sorry about that and we will send your order tomorrow.

Welcome to ECF, powercow.

I just got my Vamo Monday, but I got it from Vapor Alley. (@bgirl: It arrived in less than 48 hrs. without paying extra for shipping. Not sure what to add other than it sounds as though you may have gotten the shaft from your vendor. :( )

I'm rockin' a Vivi Nova on it without any issue at all. As for batteries, I'm using the single 18650 and it's working great. If I recall correctly, the manufacturer recommends using the single battery and not stacking. (They also recommend button-tops, but I'm using flat-tops and have had no problems so far.)
