I just received my eroll from fasttech. I wanted a back up for the 2 that I use religiously every day. I was apprehensive about it being genuine.

It came fully sealed, the serial number was all good and the pcc had slots. I actually got it when they had an active coupon, so the price was reasonable.

Just wanted to pass in the info incase someone like me who was concerned about it being not the real deal.

Rocky mountain vapor mentioned in the beginning of this thread is the best I found for the starter kit and extra batteries and atomizers with coupon 20rocky

JOYE eRoll Starter Kit - $60.00 : Rocky Mountain Vapor, The Mountain top of Electronic Cigarettes

$48 with free shipping :toast:

I haven't ordered from Rocky Mountain Vapor since 2010. Thanks for reminding me about them. I ordered the black eRoll starter kit along with some spare silver batteries on Tuesday and got my vapemail last night. I've been using the eRoll all day and so far I am loving it. We've really come far ever since the days of the Joye 510 with carts/attys with fluval/pyramid tea bag mods.

If you want to get really cheap, fasttech has 5 packs for like $4.75 or so. I ordered a set just to see, but they are still a couple of states away from me. Should get them in a couple of days.

I purchased a couple of 5 packs from Fasttech, the price being too good to pass up (remember when these use to be about $5 each and that was a great deal compared to the $10 ego-t attys). I'm not sure they are actual OEM. They didn't perform like the 2 that came with the kit and I am now having some issues with my eroll after a very small amount of use. One thing that many people don't realize with Chinese products is that even though many companies manufacture their products in China, they actual manufacture different versions of the same products for the Chinese market vs the US market. The Chinese versions are typically made with lower quality components. That is why many Chinese consumers pay to order products from American companies vs purchasing locally, even though the product is actually manufactured in China. It's kind of an odd deal. I happen to be involved with Chinese manufacturing and importation. I'm not saying for sure this is the case with these attys, but something to be aware of.

When I first read that DannyOcean, I was so repulsed but then I thought about how Americans buy their American-made meds from Canada to pay 4 or or even way more times less for them. Ugh. Will the world ever see a time of not being ruled by the almight dollar (or whatever denom applies?)

Well, I guess that's sort of similar. However in this case, Chinese consumers are not purchasing from overseas for cost savings. Just the opposite, as they are willing to pay more for higher build quality products. But discussing the pros and cons of global trade and how varying levels of government oversight effect it is probably a different topic for a different thread. :)

Just ordered from good prophets...

1 atomizer cone
1 5-pack carts
1 5-pack attys
2 batteries

$43 shipped, free shipping and cheap batteries makes the normal(high) atty price ok, imo.

As to the new batteries, I have 2 new ones that I don't think are as good as my original ones. They seems thinner (cone is just a little bit bigger) and lighter. My old ones are just more durable. Those were not ordered from goodprophets so I can compare them when I get my newest 2.

I haven't bought anything Eroll in a comparatively long time but when I did I did see a difference in some parts between vendors. May be just coincidence but the tolerances in the white parts seemed a bit off though still usable. Maybe different plants lines in the same plant make the different colors? I know that happens with clothing... different cutters for different colors. Just speculation. but I'm sure others have experienced what I have... buy two colors or more of the same pants, get them home and the color I tried on in the store fits differently than the other colors.
