Hi. I bought one of the Cloupor dna box mods a few weeks back, and after a couple months, finally received it. But sadly, it had some issues. upon contacting IllVapes, they did absolutely NOTHING! In fact, I contacted them 3 times, over the course of a couple weeks, and got NOT ONE reply from them. Upon doing some research, I found many many other unhappy customers with the company.
They are a pre-order company, and frankly, I will NEVER order another thing from them! I even contacted Cloupor about the issues with my box mod, and after a back and forth discussion with "Cindy", They sent me a new, updated box mod.
Very sad when companies in the US are dishonest and treat their customers like crap! You would think it would be the opposite! Anyway, waiting for DHL to deliver my package any minute now, so I am quite excited to try the improved version! Vape on!
