Anyone have the Egrip VT?

Has anyone purchased the Egrip VT ?
It's my first temp controlled device
Using either Ni or Ti coils at 450f(any temp really) the device gets very hot. So hot I need to put it down. Also it hits temp protection almost instantly

Hi I bought the eGrip-VT being mighty thrilled about having a small vaping device which i could use at parties / work etc. I have been mighty disappointed with it.

1. Firstly the CLR coils don't work with it as the cap juts out by about 1mm when you do and leaks like crazy.
2. RBA Base doesn't work with it (silly me was so confident that it would bought it as well)
3. Filling is a massive headache from the filling port.
4. Kept my unit after the first trial use and when i tried to fill it to use, find the unit is stone dead. comes on only when connected to the power source. Unit is paper weight.

I won the egrip VT in a giveaway. Let me tell you how glad I am that I didn't spend any money on this mod. I'm very disappointed bc I sooo wanted this to work as good as any mod or tank I've had. But it's awful. The leaking is like a fountain. No matter what I do... Juice is completely drained within seconds. I'm a veteran vapor and never had an all on one device. I was thinking about the Nebox when I won this.
But the fact that I haven't even been able to get one vape out of it without gurgling and spit back and juice all over the place. Has been very very frustrating.
Not to mention when vaping a .4 coil at 20w it gets extremely warm within seconds. This will be back in the box. To collect dust. Bc to me it is literally un-vapable! It's terrible. Unless I got a total dud. Idk. But this is not something I would sped a dime on.

Couldn't agree more with every word of what you said. It's absolutely terrible. Except you actually had a better idea then I did. It'll now be a paperweight!!! Lol!
