I've been vaping for 7 weeks. It has cleared my life long bronchitis caused my chronic sinuses. Even my sinuses are getting slowly better. I attribute this to the PG antibacterial properties. Only effect I get occasional is a sore throat if I chain vape. That is caused by the nicotine being delivered in pure form and not being coated by tar as in tobacco.

I'm getting more phlegm from e-cigs than from real cigarettes. I actually had an asthma attack after going to my friend's house (He has cats and I'm highly allergic), and then vaping right after leaving. Here's how I look at it though. I like smoking too much to quit, so I'd rather just have chronic phlegm than go back to real cigs and get cancer and COPD.

After I qut smoking I started getting the cough and phlegm, slowly came on the bronchitis, sinus infections and ear infections.... After repeated Dr visits and testing it seems I developed SEVERE seasonal allergies. I started taking my daily dose of Zyrtec and all the issues have subsided. I havent been sick in months and months now :) Something I haven't experienced in like forever ;)

Also any juice with cinnamon can bring these symptoms back with in minutes.

side effects i am referring to are increased phlegm, constant throat clearing and chronic bronchitis. i have posted about these issues but i really want to know if anyone had to give up vaping because of this after long time vaping

If we have been vaping after a long time then I would say we aren't having any problems. When I smoked I would get chronic bronchitis every year. I haven't had bronchitis for 2 and a half yrs. now. Thank goodness I started vaping.

i had side effects from quiting smoking...not vaping. when you quit smoking your lungs will be dispelling a lot of garbage. with this comes a lot of phlem. also toxins stored in your lungs will be set free....exaserbating allergies and sometimes sickness, it is your body healing. if you are new to vaping this may be the culprit.

on a side note high vg liquid can cause runny nose(does with me at least). also as others have stated if you are allergic or sensative to certain flavors(cinnamon or anything natural in flavors that don't like you, fruits, nuts ,etc) you could have problems

I agree with this.
