Anyone having problems with e-cigs.co.uk ?

Hi Everyone,

Ok maybe problems is a bit harsh but here is my experience with e-cigs.co.uk, i ordered my DSE901 plus extras and a sample pack of JC liquid.

The service was great as i thought, until i opened my package, no JC liquid, and was marked to follow on the invoice, strange as everything i ordered was listed as "in stock" but hey ho i thought, these things happen.

I have not recieved the liquid as yet, everything was ordered on the 26th of Dec, and have since sent two e-mails off and have not had a single reply, i understand that i ordered in the holiday period, i've no problems with this, but not replying to two seperate e-mails has annoyed me a bit.

Not really my idea of good customer service, just a quick reply to explain any delays or problems would have made me happy, pretty poor i think.

Anyone else had any supply or comms problems with this company?

Hi Pete,

That thought did cross my mind but i checked all my spam filters before posting the thread.

And yip the reason i tried them was because of all the great feedback i had read on here. ahh well fingers still crossed i haven't given up hope yet :thumb:

Have placed a few orders and sent a few emails. Emails are replied to promptly and my orders arrive complete in good time.

I have also placed an order today for a RN4072 and extra 4 hole atomizer to try out.

The only negative comment I can make is I didn't recieve my free carts by putting my username in the comments box on my last order. Lets see if I get them this time :)

ive recieved all my orders fine, and even within 24 hours! i even done a video review today on his juice and customer service! (its in the e-liquid review section if anyone wants to take a look)

however, it did take him a lot longer than usual to get back to me from a email that i sent him. here is part of an email i recieved from him a few days ago:-

"Hi Scott

Sorry it took a while to get back to you. We’ve also had some email problems too and coupled with backlogged orders it’s been a bit busy this week."

That's very strange, e-cigs.co.uk have been the best retailer I have come across bar none... I've never heard of anyone having problems with them. If e-cigs.co.uk go down we are all doomed:)

i have sent a PM to smokester, i'm sure it's just a glitch somewhere, from all your responses he sounds a decent fella :)

He is a real star and looks after his customers properly. I bet there is a simple explanation for this, don't worry, he'll sort you out.

I believe there was a Delivery Schedule time for the Christmas Period on the Shop site which said orders in that period would not be shipped until 5th Jan.
I ordered 2 atomisers on the 5th and received them on the 6th but there was a glitch in the Checkout process and it left my surname off the Address but they still got here. There do appear to be a lot of items that are out of stock at the moment though. I was waiting for the Atomisers to come in for about 6 weeks as they were 4 hole Classics and he has'nt had Apple flavour carts for about the same time.

I think you only get free carts if you order a starter kit.
Like others have said i have always found him to very reliable and helpful.
