Anyone here ever able to actually talk to Elev8 Vapes via the phone?

I bought my iVP Mini from this company. The device had a bent battery cap. I was never able to get anyone at Elev8 Vapes to answer the phone, so I sent them an email.

Finally I received a reply email that stated they sent me a new battery cap. This email also had a USPS tracking number that shows a Shipping Label has been created. That was a week ago, and the tracking still show a shipping label has been created, but nothing else.

I emailed Elev8 Vapes about the tracking number problem, but never got a reply.

Now I have called them on the phone numerous times, [but get no answer] .... Anyone here ever actually talk to anyone from Elev8 Vapes over the phone?

There Customer Service is Non-Existent ! ! !

Over 20 calls to them (voice messages left also) and never have spoken to anyone with a pulse. Not likely to do business with them ever again.

I've contacted elev8 regarding an ohm reading issue on my iPV (coils less than 1.4 seem to read abnormally lower). Initially they tried to send me through the warranty route, I wrote them back explaining that this was not acceptable. Received an email from them this morning stating that they were sending me a new unit, tracking number to made available as soon as they have it, and I then get to send them my faulty iPV. Win and Win. They may earn my repeat business yet, I don't really mind that I have not spoken to a live person as long as communication is timely and professional. So far they have done the professional part, timely on communication has been slow at best.

It's been about 3 weeks since I sent my IPV Mini back after they approved an RMA(I had requested a replacement for a faulty 510)I've been sending emails asking about the status (after I verified that the device was delivered) and they went unanswered for a week. I was told on the 31st that they were sending new replacement and I've yet to receive a tracking number. I sent a follow up email yesterday and am awaiting a response.

I ordered an Infinite SMPL clone after midnight and it shipped the same day. So far so good...
