Thank You for the Prompt reply to my email, it is Very Much Appreciated, and that means a LOT. The EGO's I got are not useless to me, as I give them to new vapors all the time, which is why I order them, so I can still use them as gifts to others. I was just not happy Not getting what I ordered. I understand you are a new vender, but getting orders correct is a Very Important part of doing business, and if I didn't tell you, you would not know. Ok, you paid shipping to send me the wrong EGO's, I send them back, Cost you more Shipping, you send me the right ones, Cost you more Shipping. Ok I don't know what you pay for shipping but we are talking about a $16 item, not worth you loosing money over. I'll keep them and just give them to new vapors down the road. Please use this as a learning experience and get your people to make sure to ship the correct items, as correcting mistakes cost money, and makes people not want to order again because they are upset, which cost you money, see where I am going here. Will I order again? Don't know, have to think about it. Still don't like everything says ships in 3 to 7 days, stuff you have in stock should say so.
