No, I have taken it up as a hobby and I always go overboard :/ It helps that others know that I vape and come to me when they are ready to admit that they are smoking and want to quit. I can rotate out my eGos to new users and then sell better kits if they are so inclined. most aren't interested in using more than a cigalike or an eGo.

Cody, I will take pictures if I can get a close up that is not blurry =] Nah, no siggy... I used to have a 'I quit smoking and saved $...' Siggy, but I still smoke now and again. I've a preference for the scent and taste of some of the sweet cigarillos or pipe tobacco

And how would I make a siggy of my vape gear? I am always rotating it, so I just take a picture if a setup is particularly vape worthy

Besides, I think I would be hunted down if it were widely known that I used a Provari for all of 2 weeks before I decided I was more satisfied rotating FastTech clones LOLOLOLOL

I will say what positives or negatives I notice about any mod, topper, or juice I use myself, but I don't appreciate someone arguing about MY OPINION and MY EXPERIENCE because they had a different one =] So many things about vaping are subjective - your personal flavor profile, what type of taster you are, whether you prefer light and airy vapes or heavily scented and flavored clouds, PG, VG, nicotine, and additive ratios, plus the TOPPERS! What kind of wick, wire, and coils you have! Batteries, contacts, and the length of your draw affects each vape... Okay, off of my soap box

I'm with Lisa, this is a major hobby for me. When I enjoy a hobby this much, I spend a lot of money on it. My last major hobby, was fast cars. I bought a £700 Nissan Silvia Turbo and over 5 years spent almost 10k on it :shock:

That's right £10,000. By the time I finished with it, it was as fast as Ferrarri - 0-60 in just over 5 seconds, would corner like an Audi Quattro and had more body modifications than Michael Jackson :laugh:

At the moment at the side of me I've got the Reo, Provari/KFL, Vamo/RSST, Astro/Nova and Paps Lux/aga. All with different flavours in them. If it wasn't for the variety of devices and flavours, I'd be back on the stinkies tomorrow - seriously.

As long as I'm spending slightly less than what I was on ciggies that's all I'm bothered about. Believe it or not, I am quite selective about what I buy

Today's update.

First 2 orders from FT - acceptance by Sing Post.

Last order (for the Fogger and Kayfun) - the Fogger is in packing already, but the Kayfun isn't due in stock for another 8 or 9 days. So I'm just wondering if they will split this order or wait for the Kayfun to arrive.

Hopefully the Taifun order will be shipped tomorrow, apparently it's a national holiday in Poland today, so most places are shut

Most of us provari lovers see it as a bit of a joke and a wind-up really, but yep there are some people who take it very seriously indeed and there are also provari haters who take their hate very seriously indeed. It serves to amuse me though, which is the main thing!

Speaking of getting coils sussed, thanks to Lisa mentioning that she thought the inferior silica and thinner wire on the FT pre-made coils were the reason she didnt bother with them on the aga, i gave it another go tonight using 3mm ekowool and thicker wire... not sure what gauge it was but it said 0.4 on the ream, stuck it on the trident platform to test for resistance and came out at 2.2 (not bad - i was looking for anything between 1.5 - 2.5) then gave it a bash on the trident. It tasted a little funny at first, but i think thats because i neither scorched it beforehand and nor did i pulse it.Anyhow, the flavour improved after a little while and it's pretty much the best flavour i have got out of these kinds of tanks (certainly better than protanks & vivis too).

It's been on and vaped for a few hours now and still registering as 2.2ohms despite getting scrunched up a bit in there so its another step in the right direction

It's definitely the way forward for me, and whilst i dont need any more toppers just yet, when i do buy more i would really rather prefer that they use the slotted post systems. Terry was right about how easy they are to set up - it make a huge difference to it's usability to me.

I do have some toppers with the holes in the posts, but to be perfectly honest, I couldn't keep the wire in the hole long enough to tighten the screw down :/ I'm still wrapping the wire around the screw head and clipping the tail with a pair of toenail clippers.

Do you actually wrap the tails around a screw, so not just trying to trap a bit of the wire, but say wrapping it right around the screw before you tighten down? I was thinking of trying that but thought it might cause a hotspot.

Oh just a heads up about the hypertank before i forget (again).

The evod heads do work ok with this tank, but after a while i noticed some gurling, dry hits etc. I put another one in last night and same thing, even a slight leak at the connection. So i have concluded, stick with the stock heads.

Cody go for it mate,

I don`t think by wrapping half way around or even fully, would cause hotspots, and even if it did you can work them out by re-spacing the loops.
