Have you tried an Igo-L? If you use them single coil with nothing fancier than eko-wool wick they're just great imho. Might save you a bob or two as well.

That is one I am looking at, but going to read a LOT of reviews before I decide which to get. It's not the money, it's it working right without a lot of fiddling.

I got a cheeky little C+ 1000mah battery from TW the other day. It lets you use it in regulated or unregulated mode, which is fun. I suppose it must've been the forerunner to the Twist. I think that'll go in my pocket tomorrow with an Evod on top and a 10ml bottle of liquid in my pocket.(And a few ego-c batteries in a pouch just in case).

Yes, the wife's mother's kidneys gave out towards the end of October. She was 87, so she had a good innings. Funeral,church and bun-fight all went well.

It was around the same time that my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimers officially (she's 89 and it's been going on for a while).

Anyway - funeral done and the business end of all that (solicitors and stuff) well under way.

Off to visit my mum tomorrow.

Best beloved is off to her mum's with her sister to sort stuff in the house.

The key to this is that life must go on. That's why we're here.

Anyway, enough cr&p philosophy for one evening!

Vape On

Burnie, the Igo-L is really easy to set up. If you get it from FT it comes with its own screwdriver, a couple of o-rings and a couple of pre-coiled wicks. The only RDA that's easier to recoil imho is the octopus.

But the great thing about the Igo-l (done right) is that it's almost entirely silent. Did I mention that you also get really superb flavour out of this gem?

iTaste SVD APV & iGo-L RBA

SVD you have, so you know how it works, a vaping workhorse with lots of bells and whistles. iGo-L is a dripper, put a coil in it and drip 6-10 drops in it and vape, add more drops of juice when there is no flavor. You can see that she is not so tall in the 18350 size... she's actually shorter than my eVic. I don't know why I put these 2 coils on here... it was during a vape show and they were showing how to do it, so I grabbed it and followed along.

I'm not much of a RDA user myself. The closest I come to a keeping a dripper on hand is my Eternity which is a gorgeous topper that irritates me when she needs juice

Pipeman - sorry to hear of your loss and things generally being up in the air, I don't know Staffordshire - but I DO know Salford and I love it cos it's my home town and some top people there, however, I chose to move away when I had my eldest, probably be a good move after stress has wore off, good luck with whatever you end up doing mate and hope your Mam's doing alright when you see her.

On another note, I'm thinking of getting an Igo-L to add to the Fogger from FT now................

Ordered 2 Vamo V2's aswell, so much for not buying til New Year!

Well, I think I must make a vape BUDGET for myself instead of going cold turkey :/ There will be some bits and pieces that I'll want to get ordered and then wait a month for shipping =]

The Fogger has been refilled a few times... I've not had a dry hit yet, leaking only when refilling and I've got a bit too much that's dripped down the side before I've gotten the lid on, but I do wish the airhole adjustment ring were a bit tighter :/ It seems that I have to adjust it with each vape.

I put the new rubber plug into the RSST and tried to vape with it, but the wick dried quickly and I was getting dry hits :/ Put the plug away and went back to vaping well. She's leaking a bit through the airhole since I rest her at a slanted angle and forget to put the airhole pointing up.

Well, will one of you lovlies tell me a bit about these N-R-N wires? I've had a few toppers with them pre-installed and I'm not sure if I can use them on ALL TOPPERS or if they are for specific ones. I've got some ordered from FastTech https://www.fasttech.com/products/1521201. God Bless FastTech for having those bits and pieces at $3.00 for 100 that the vendors are selling for $3.00 A PIECE!!!! Ha!

Just had other halfs sister and partner round to see how I am and they were very interested in my vape gear - 2 potential converts there lol, may get them both a starter kit for Christmas!

Terry I am getting increasingly impatient, for the Rocket in particular cos you've rated it so high since fixing the leak and also as I'm super impressed with the vape on the Aga T2 (protanks, davide and hyper still all not been used since sussed her out!) and I really wanna see which I prefer or if they're equally stellar quality!
Oh please lord, let it come Monday 9am - I don't care if the flat is messy for the in laws, as my nana said, a home is for living in not show, I NEED MY ROCKET! Ha ha.
I never fancied traveling outside Europe, but seriously considering a trip to China to stock up on vape stuff!
You seen that 'amended' e-cig ban proposal? I hope it don't get through, other half spotted BAT recruiting design engineers to work on their non-combustible tobacco, bet whatever over-priced in-effective poor excuses for vape won't be covered by any ban that may go through
Back to stockpiling juice til they see sense and don't put it through!

I try not to take too much notice of the propective bans claire, though i do sign all the petitions. What will be will be, and there is always a way to get around any bans. What i mean by that is, I have read a few threads on the us forum and you can quite easily make your own nic juice, then all you would need is some flavouring (readily available) and some pg/vg also easy to get your hands on.

So nah i don`t lose any sleep over it, even if they banned e-cigs, we have got our mech`s so no worries there; and i can`t see them banning batteries LOL

I honestly don't think any major bans will happen. Our vaping world is constantly growing, more positive studies are being carried out and extra pressure is being put on MPs/MEPs to halt any bans. Plus, legally, any bans couldn't be held up in court. I'm looking on the positive side for now

Lisa - the NR/RES/NR coils can be used on any topper, but their more useful in things like the ithaka. You usually use them on toppers that have a ceramic cup for holding the coils. The coil legs on an ithaka are that long that you can't use a standard coil, the resistance would be too high. When I put a fresh coil in my ithaka the coil legs are at least an inch in length.

Still no vape mail for me today and worse still no opdates either, how boring
