I've tried a few banana ones, as my favourite milk drink/shake is banana, and I like the fruit as well, but I haven't really found one that is anything like them, they are either too sickly sweet or just taste horrible. CVs Banoffee Cookie Dough is one that is okay that has banana in it, but I can't really taste it too much.

My favourite fruit vapes are, LMP, Posset, Blue moo, and Lemon bar at the moment. I never thought i would like strawberry vapes till i tried the Twilight either, but found it very nice, hence me trying the moo juice when it arrives. :)

Where is the exhibition being held trish ? If it isn`t too far away i may have a ride there :) I am the same with vape gear now, and don`t need anything at all hardware wise. All i need to do these days, is just keep stocking up with lovely liquids.

I was wondering that as well, be nice to see Trish's work, and I'm about the same as you now terry except I still look out for specialty items, been after a hand made wooden one that a guy on UKV made 6 of and may have a chance of getting one from someone he sold one of them to, it's a dual 18500 which can be used in either parallel or serial mode depending on what set up you put the brass contacts in, if I get it I'll post a picture and post the links to a couple of videos for it.

I've tried a couple of LMP ones, and neither were anything to write home about, but I do like Posset and Blue Moo, I also have some Strix ones that are nice, Strawzilla, Lychee Delight, Blue Honey, and Black Honey Cream, those last 2 can be a bit sweet, so used occasionally, and I'm going to try Lemon Bar and Moo Juice next time I put an order in.

That sounds bloody cool that does bob. In all honesty if i didn`t have all the tubes i have got i would go for a couple of niche box mods like that. :) Oh and i forgot to mention in my last post, Ian is a dab hand at making some nice fruit flavours.

This years is near Oxford in the Cotswolds. Usually I have around 20-22 paintings, but this time I'll be lucky to get 16 done. Should think 15 for certain, but still two to go and she wants them sending early October! (the other gallery I work with is less anxious about getting them too soon, so I'd have another couple of weeks with them).
Need to get two more small ones done - may do it if they go smoothly!

Had two pretty bad days with vertigo. Settled as the day goes on as long as I move carefully and stay upright without looking down or up. Couldn't even look at the keyboard this morning without sitting two feet back.

Not happy with the camera I got to replace the broken one - doesn't seem as sharp, but conversely, it seems to pick up some detail in an amplified sort of way.
Not easy working with cameras when I keep going dizzy either! May try my other old one instead!

it's amazing what Google can find
Sorry to hear that your vertigo problem has reared it's ugly head again, hope it's not causing too many problems, plenty of bed rest is always recommended for most ailments, the body needs to recover properly.

The Nicoticket one has a lovely natural flavour ...I can't use much of it though because it's PG/VG, and I'm not that keen on banana. I may try it with some Confusion to see if it tames it though! I think Ian got some of that one.
It's one of their short run ones, so you need to watch out for it. Think it may be some months now though because they're going to change over to glass bottles and some other changes coming too.
I do love sliced banana custard trifle though! - sponge base with banana and custard then whipped cream when set - lovely!

My favourite fruit vapes are, LMP, Posset, Blue moo, and Lemon bar at the moment. I never thought i would like strawberry vapes till i tried the Twilight either, but found it very nice, hence me trying the moo juice when it arrives. :)
Twilight is a peaches & coconut with a hint of strawberry, and I find coconut a bit cloying ...not my thing. I like it in a custard & cream pie though with raspberry jam on the base! I have the SG Strawberry Cream one though and it's quite nice! I can use that with the Strawnilla too!

LMP is nice, but a little on the sweet side for lemon ...I like a clean lemon taste - probably why I like Posset so much. I get that and Mint Choc Vapetto in 100mls now!
I love the NT Band Camp apple pie, but it turns out to be a fruit that gives me problems, and even worse than strawberry does! I may try it drowned in custard! ;)

Ah! I edited my post - decided it wasn't really a good idea to openly state where on a forum  Never mind, probably not a problem. Someone at NT's section posted a link to an interview I did last year, so not a lot I could do there really. Just like to be careful as I don't want the gallery or clients reading my ramblings here! ;)

I haven't been myself either Terry! I wouldn't drive there, can't fly there simply, and the trains on a Sunday (exhibition opening day) are pathetic. I'd want to be back home the same day too ...anyway, I hate openings - feel like a goldfish in a bowl! Not really my scene.
I'll let you know when the new ones are online. Not earth shattering this year though sadly.
Still, things aren't selling like they used to - until the recession I had a hard time keeping both galleries with some work to hang. Suddenly, just before the jubilee and Olympics early 2012, it was like someone flicked a switch and it all went flat for most galleries. My best bet now is at specific exhibitions such as my solo one, and I've certainly screwed that up this year with poor concentration and vertigo! :( Just hope I focus better once things calm down.

It's an awful nuisance. Can't even get up in the morning by myself. Takes ten minutes for the world to stop rocking around. Not much better when I lay down to sleep.
Have been coping OK during the day the past couple of weeks as long as I'm careful., but yesterday I woke up worse and couldn't even look down to pick a cup of tea up ....not easy doing the photography even on the tripod. Too much moving around setting things right, putting them back, getting another ...too much. Then I've been varnishing too.
Could take a few months for it to settle back down properly.
I'm definitely in sleep debt - 4.30, 4am, 3.30 ....not enough sleep. Always get woken up at 10am, so for someone who can sleep 8 hours, that's not good. I'll catch up when I get this work finished.

As Still thing are not doing too well, have you not thought of doing bigger Still things - thinking Landscapes here, you could take your camera out, photograph some nice pictures, then paint from them.

Isn`t it strange how people taste things differently ? All i got was mainly straberry, with a touch of peach, with no coconut at all.

That was like me, with the LMP the lemon was too tart and probably why I was not overly keen on it, of course it also depends on what atty you use it in as well.

I am sure you will be fine trish, once you get back on track. I know we have had this conversation before regarding GP`s, but have you not visited your`s recently, or are you just using the meds what your son gave you ?

It's all types of paintings that are hit by the slow down Bob, not just still life. Bigger, very contemporary ones at low prices are doing Ok though ...often emerging artists who can produce work fast in a very modern, loose style. The galleries see them all the time at bigger art fairs such as Battersea. People with modern apartments and large walls really go for them - it's genuine art at reasonable prices.
Work hung static in galleries is slowest, mixed exhibitions and art fairs a little better, and solo exhibitions the best now - and that's why I'm fed up with not working so well in recent months. It's a small percentage of gallery artists that get regular solo exhibitions, and I've had one every year since 2000, so I'm really lucky. If I lose that confidence from the galleries, I'm well and truly stuck!

I've spent the past 20 years with still life, and the past 14 improving the type of work I do now. My painting reputation is with still life. I haven't done any landscapes for around 21 years, and they also take many years to reach a high level of skill.
Still life really does fascinate me, and the fascination stems from the 17th & 18th cent. painters, their subject matter, colours and methods of working. Keeping the backgrounds simple brings mine into the current century rather than appear to be trying to emulate older styles.
Have another look at Google for the Jacksons interview :)

Do you want me to delete the other one as well, will mean you will have to delete your answer.
Thanks - I edited my post! :)

The description of it on CV's site is exactly how it tastes for me- you use different equipment to me too, so it's bound to be different :)

Yep, as i said to ian a few days ago, when i first dripped with the lemon bar i wasn`t overly impressd cos all i got was lemon. But as soon as i put some in a kayfun, All the flavours came through and i do find it very nice. :)
