hope so - not really a worry as we could sort of see where they were - more concerned right now abut my €92 order from Cloud House France - hopefully something can be found out on Monday.
I decided to get most of what I wanted to try in one order to eliminate a few orders with costlier postage. Idea is that I may find a few that I like enough to get bigger bottles! :)

I ordered a few direct from Indigo today using the 25% discount code (thanks Bob!) ...I saw they had some 'holiday' ones too! I got some Gingersnaps (ginger cookie and coffee) and Noggin (eggnog and spices), and Santa (chocolate and biscuits). Plus some Blueberry Whoopie, Shenanigans, Dawn to Dusk,
If There's a few I like, I'll try another two I thought would be good.
Apparently Santa is to be permanent because it's been so popular. Hmm ..Christmas every day ;)

Just realised we hadn't checked the post box today ...post must have arrived without the dogs seeing him! Got my little package of 6x10ml ones from Highbrow Vapors - excellent packing etc. - ordered last Saturday 22nd, despatched Monday 24th ...here today! That's fast :)
I just tasted a drop from each:

Caramel Cake - Lovely: caramel and vanilla cake! Think this can be used right away too
Cheesecake Torte - lovely creamy cheesecake and no cheese taste in this one! - be good alone or mixed with a fruit, chocolate etc.
Dark Chocolate - Very nice! I think I could use this right away if I want to
Cappuccino Diablo - nice creamy coffee - promising! needs a steep
Limoncello - nice clean taste, needs a steep - be great if the flavour increases a bit.
Tiramisu - seems nice - will know better in a week.

So how many new coffee ones have you got to try trish, apart from the one you mentioned ? I would like to try a different one other than the MBV, just for a change. :)

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday, I hadn't forgotten about you all, I did give out a few likes. But as you know, when you're as popular as I am, my time can be taken up quite quickly I was busy being pampered yesterday

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes too, made me feel all gooey inside (or maybe it was the birthday cake)

I did manage to get in an order with MBV though, with the black Friday 20% discount code. Picked up some more coffee, moo juice (which I needed cos most of it leaked out of the "Bob" atty), lemon bar (after all the rave reviews) and I got the freebie sample bottle too. With the discount code, it paid for part of the shipping cost.

I mixed up some of the Vienna cream as a trial to mix with the coffee too. I've had the Vienna cream flavouring for a while now, so thought I'd give it a try with the coffee. At first it wasn't as good as the sweet cream that Terry kindly sent me. But then I added a bit of sweetener, made a big difference. I'd say the MBV coffee with MBV sweet cream is 10/10, my mix of MBV coffee and DIY Vienna cream is 9.5/10. Perfectly happy with this. I've got a fair bit of the Vienna cream to use up, so that's a bonus too

I wouldn't bother with the MBV caramel coffee one mate. Wasn't really impressed with that one at all

I'll need to take a look Terry - a few definitely. Some yet to arrive, some here but not tried yet.
I also have a few tobacco ones with a coffee bias.
I'll check and get back later! :)

Nah, i am more like you ian and like my coffee plain, then just add a bit of sweet cream if i think it needs it :) I`m not really into all the namby pamby coffee vapes ,
I finished off a 10 ml bottle of posset before, and i found i had about 4 ml left of SG LMP. So in it went to the orchid. The LMP is 18 mg, and i have had it for ages now, and what i am trying to tell you mate is 0.8 ohm coil, set at 24 watts on the IPV is just fine. :) I thought it would blow me socks off.

Yeah a proper Man's coffee The cream just seems to lift the flavour and make it more like a proper coffee.
It's surprising sometimes, you think a higher nic content will be really harsh, but I've found the same myself, some juices can handle higher nic even at high watts. Then again some juices just taste harsh anyway, I'm remembering the minty chocolate I got from FT many moons ago

Duh! now you just spoiled it! Cake indeed! Pure sincerity, that's what we all are!

Well, I tried to like the MBV Coffee, but get something akin to a plastic taste whether I use Sweet Cream or not. I found the Strix Espresso Dream one better tasting - but so far, Chefs have my favourite two. Haven't actually tried them for a while - been too much else to enjoy, so I'll have to try them again.
The Cappuccino Diablo one I just got from Highbrow is promising, and the one from Heathers I got earlier this week: Mocha Java, has a lovely roast coffee taste to it - will try it properly in a few days.
I think I've been spoiled by the double Morning Americano ground coffee I have every day.

I loved the sincerity almost as much as the cake, did I just make amends

Just shows how we all have different tastes Trisha. A lot of it could be down to equipment too. Terry and I, tend to use more rebuildables with rayon wicks, as you know. Probably, this helps to bring out a different taste to the juice. It's a shame you don't like the MBV coffee though, we've both really enjoyed it so far. Guess the world would be a boring place though, if we all liked the same things :D

 Love it mate  Back on track though, MB`s Apple strudel is a harsh vape at 18 mg. I suppose it could be something to do with acidity, but not sure. Tis a nice vape, and very much like the dutch apple pie, But it will be 12 mg in future orders. :)

Guess that makes sense mate. Is one a green apple and one a red apple ??

Green apple tends to be more acidic and bitter, red apple tends to be sweeter. That probably affects the harshness of the vape in the same way. If you had some sweetener, you could add a few drops to the apple strudel, it might calm things down a bit :)

No idea Terry, Sing Post was down when I checked earlier on. Last update I had was just the usual "Received from Customer". Just hope it doesn't get rejected and sent back to FT :(

I'll check again tomorrow and try 17track too.

Nope, Red apple  I have just been using a bit of the cream ian and it works well enough :) I was watching one of phils youtube reviews earlier on the lemo, Seeing as i have ordered one. And the funny thing about it was that he mention`s that he prefers box mods over tubes these days. My feelings exactly :) Twas the vapor shark he was using in the vid !

On a positive note though, my MBV order from yesterday has shipped already :D

It`s surprising how quick they get their stuff sent out Ian, i have placed orders in the past what have been shipped within a couple of hours of ordering . How long has your I-stick been at the `received by customer` stage ?

Yes, we do differ with taste, and it hasn't escaped me that you're both using higher power and different equipment. I must stay on the sensible side with power vs. liquid consumption - I've been a bit better since using 2.0ohm coils at 4.9W ...bit wheezy tonight because I used Mint Choc Vapetto for a good while in the mini Nautilus: 1.8 coil, so had to keep it just over 5W.

I'll send you this 6mg next week Terry - that'll knock it back a bit.

Hmm ...think Terry's toilet may be appropriate here: smilie-toilet09.gif

Would custard or Sweet Cream help with that?

I love NT's Band Camp, but one or both of the apples had me wheezing within 10 minutes. Really annoyed with myself for that as it's Max VG!

Oh well that shot down my theory

All the reviews I've seen on the lemo, everyone seems to really rate them. I notice on FT the black one is still in stock, but the plain metal one is sold out - did you buy them all mate

I agree, the box mods do give a cracking vape. Don't think I'll shelve all my tube mods just yet though, the battery life seems a bit better on the tube mods. Plus it would cost me a fortune to replace all mine with box mods

--------------------------------

Better get some sleep now anyway.

Day off tomorrow, so I can have a vape play day

Night all.
