I've spent so much time on these forums asking questions, I thought I'd give back a little and tell you all about my trip yesterday.
So I went to V4L and it was so worth it. They call it a "lounge", but it's really a room with a bunch of different flavored pre-filled cartridges set out in bowls. You can try as many flavors as you want and then keep the cartridges. You can also try their different batteries. The employees are really nice and if they don't have a flavor out as a sample that you want to try (or a nicotine strength), they'll go get it for you from the back. I finally got to see what a tank was and the other different "tools" they have for vaping. Their coming out with a new one soon, shoot, I can't remember what it's called - volt something maybe?, wow, very powerful!!
They also gave my husband and I each a free battery and USB charger just for signing in and giving them our email addresses. Very cool.
I ended up buying their "diamond" extra length manual battery. It's the first time I've gotten to try a different kind of battery like that and it definitely does make a difference as far as the "hit" you get.
Oh yeah, one of the guys who works there even filled up a cartomizer with one of the flavors they only sell in juice so my husband could try it. Very cool. That was the gunslinger. For anyone wanting a very powerful tobacco flavor similar to Marlboro, that's a good one. Very strong!!
I highly recommend going there if you're in the Chicago area!!
