I would think we would need an Illinois MD to sign on about harm prevention to make it effective. Elsewise it is just like when NORML does their thing.
Anyone have an Illinois MD who would be willing to sign on, and want to possibly help organize? I'd be willing to pound pavement and assist logistically however I could. Done that kind of thing in political campaigns plenty, but I don't have the connections of people with flashy acronyms after their names to lend weight to a letter writing campaign.

A couple older folks with cig related health problems for whom the E Cig was a way to quit might help as well. Machievellian, but true.
