Anyone in the USA have experience with Garry Dibley at e-cigcity.co.uk

Just ordered a 510 passthrough from his site(by the way I'm here in PA in the good ole USA) which looked really good(this was yesterday morning). I've also seen a few of his mod vids on youtube. Other then an automated "order received" response, I've heard nothing from him(My PayPal account was charged). I've sent 2 emails to him since them without a response. Has anyone in the States dealt with this guy. Does he ship quickly(his website claims 1-2 day turnaround time and quick shipping time to USA). How are his products? How is his response to emails/customer service?

Yeah, I've dealt with Garry. I ordered one of his 510 torch mods when they first became available. I didn't try emailing him about anything, but I read in another thread that he is sometimes slow to answer. I suspect some of it is the time difference. Anyway, the shipping all the way from the UK was amazingly fast. I would definitely buy from him again. BTW, I'm in OH, so PA can't be that much different in terms of shipping time.

and i received it on the the 18th since then i have been using my 510 PT and its Great i love it i can tell its made with care and great quality have no worries with Dibley and the time is probably alot different then here in US and he was probably asleep i wound imagine!
thats why thier is a delay in emails he always have responed to all my emails and questions within 24hrs. I am going to place another order with him shortly i will post on the outcome and let you know! hope this helps Mark and as allways Vape onnn!!

I know this is a late add-on to an old thread, but in case there's someone out there that is not familiar with Garry by now, my experience with Garry has been outstanding in communication and the build quality of his product (I have the PT) is excellent. We had a minor glitch which I suspect had to do with the mailing ( theirs or ours, we don't know) and Garry took steps to rectify it quickly. Quite satisfied with E-cig City in general ( who also provided good service after the sale) and Garry in particular. FWIW, I live in Florida.
