Anyone know how to disconnect from facebook?

I tied my ECF account to fb early on. I never allow my posts to go to fb though and would like to sever the tie. I thought I'd get ECF updates on my wall...

Thanks, Sun. I saw that. I'm not using Twitter though. Never even been to the site. I refuse. I'm talking about the facebook linkage. Doesn't seem to be a checkbox or anything for that.
