Anyone know of really low profile 510 connector?

Hey guys

I'm trying to make a 6000mah lipo mod in a 1590g with the bap faceplate but the fdv v3 510 is too long and hits the battery before being fully extended. Does anyone know of a really low profile 510 connector (22mm preferable)?

Can you measure how deep it is when fully extended? I only have about 1/4 inches to work with inside the Hammond and I don't want the positive pin to poke a hole through the battery.

Not 22mm, just a standard style 510 made out of stainless steel with a delrin insulator

Do you know the hole size for this? I drilled a hole to accommodate the fdv and it may be too wide for this now

The closest I have is a 510 from madvapes I just measured 8.7mm. The stainless steel one looks slightly wider. For a FDV v3 510 I measured 9.9mm.

The varitube is 12mm length. You could use a washer I have seen that done, they just kinda polished the outer edge of it and it looked ok.

FDV now has a low profile version of the V4, may be something to look at...

That is very, very low clearance and there are to my knowledge no spring-pin 510s that even come close.

I always cut mine down to size when there to long,if it doesn't fit ,make it fit,hope this helps.
