I don't know. If it's the 2200 most all of those types can do 15-20 amps.

If it's the smaller 1100 then probably more like 8.8-11 amps or so?

I do know it won't fire below 0.4 ohm but either of the above would be more than safe with 0.5 ohm topper.

the manual doesn't say.......maybe you can contact joyetech.

I know this doesn't really answer your question fully but it's all I got. :)

The 1100 is 4.2v so you can do your calculations for amps based on that and your delivery device ohms.

Thanks, Ya I was just curious if anyone knew, but I will ask Joyetech.

I like mine. It performs well and is a small little unit, although I got the 2200 mah. I found the way I hold them in my hand and where the button is positioned that the 1100 was just too small.

Only thing I don't like about it is, the coil sticks to the inside rim of the carto so every time I twist the carto off to refill juice I have to pickup the juice covered coil and twist it back in. Pretty minor for how well it performs combined with the size of it though.

I do really like the differences in the 2 coils (0.5 ohm and 1.0 ohm) the 1.0 ohm coil has a smaller airflow tube coming out of it so it's a harder pull which really mimicks the pull of a cig quite well, and when I really want to open it up for some good clouds, pop in the 0.5 with quite a bit more airflow.

Overall I still really enjoy it.

Joyetech has tight clearances like this on a lot of their products, the ego cc clearomizer is like that.

One suggestion is that while you are twisting, you can simultaneously execute a "pulling" action......that way the coil will come out better
