There is nothing, and I mean nothing, like getting a new puppy. I wish every week was "getting a new puppy" week.

My 17 year old beloved dog (had him since beginning) died in December, huge labrador/sheperd mixes are NOT supposed to live that long.....but I took good care of my best friend.

My other one is depressed now, (we are both struggling to get over this) .... he's a 12 year old pure golden lab....an absolute DARLING dog, and very well trained. Vet says 12 is nearing end of life for his breed, so ......

Yeah, it's tough.

BUt I'm happy about your new girl! She is so pretty and I am thinking of getting one like that next out.

Thank you, I got her just after having to put to rest my German Shepherd (Rommel) who was barely 9 years old for hip issues. He went total disabled. This one called Raven, is a handful. My first Doberman.

My German Shepherd female is starting to show early signs of that
I have put her on MSM and glucosamine supplements, which has seemed to help
