Anyone know why...

Hi, I am not new to vaping, however I have recently bought my first homemade juice from a trusted supplier in my area. The juices I regularly vape are either a mix of 60/40, 70/30 or an 80/20 VG/PG ratio. I have had zero issues in the past with vaping these mixes, but with the most recent juice I bought (70/30), I have occurred a terrible sore throat. This soreness also occurs when I am vaping this juice. Despite this, I went and bought another homemade juice from a friend of mine in work and I have no problems with it; also a 70/30 blend. I always vape 3MG of nicotine too, in case you needed to know.

Does anybody know the problem here?

Different base probably. I got some juice from a local place that has house juice and it was fine. Went back for another one and they had changed suppliers for their nic and it was pretty much unvapable. Quality bad makes a difference. I order exclusively from nude nic when I DIY. If you start with a low quality base you are going to get a low quality end product.

My guess would be it's a flavoring that doesn't agree with you.

Agreed, lower quality nic / flavorings mean more profit ......................
