Hmmm...how about Devil Dog from Ahlusion? I definitely get a scotch flavor from that one - it may well be perique or something because the flavor is (to me) very "barrel cured". There are also several "peaty" eliquids about though I haven't checked thoroughly as me and scotch don't like each other at all. :)

asking for a prospective vaper... I don't know about this flavor...

Can you elaborate a little on how you define a decent scotch flavor? If you are talking about the flavor of a peat (without the alcohol), Want2Vape's London comes to mind. It has a strong peat flavor (pipe tobacco).

I think it's Scotch specific, like a Scottish pipe tobacco that is naturally infused with what made Scotland famous. :D
Here's a quote from Goodejuice that may be helpful in linking the whisky/tobacco - the tobacco was steeped in (American) whisky barrels originally. (of course I think ECBlends has a "straight" whisky e-juice too if that's all the prospective vaper is really after).

Natural Perique, is naturally extracted from the real mccoy. This is not steeped chewing tobacco flavored with Perique Black flavoring, rest assured. Our Natural Perique is authentic from St. James Parrish Louisiana, No Bull. It is a perfect juice to appreciate on its own or combined with your other favorite tobacco vapes to add depth and flavor. Any pipe smoker, former that is, will recognize this flavor as the real deal. This unique curing process, for those who do not know, was first introduced by a French-American farmer who used the tobaccos that were being cultivated by the native Chickasaw tribes. The native tobaccos were packed tightly into whiskey barrels made of hickory and kept under pressure using screw jacks. Once a month, the farmers release the pressure from the oak barrels and re-situate the tobacco leaves. They are put under pressure again and this cycle continues for roughly one year. Our Natural Perique ejuice will give you that same fragrance and aroma that you used to enjoy, minus all the nasty chemicals that is.

If you do any DIY, you can try mixing bourbon flavoring (from MFS, I forget who makes it) with capsaicin from MBV. Then adjust sweetness to taste. I haven't had a chance to try this yet but the bourbon flavor smells like bourbon. It's not scotch whiskey but American bourbon might be close enough for vaping purposes. The right amount of capsaicin will provide the picante mouth hit (like 80 some proof neat scotch I imagine) Not sure if I would inhale it though lol.
