A guy that ordered Jan 17 just got his order today. My order was Jan 24 so hopefully another week or so. One man operation making hand crafted juice that takes time.
they guy has had some medical and other issues which is much more understandable then
Just he is a 1 man operation
being a 1 man operation does not mean it should take 1 /12 to 2 months to ship
medical issues and some of the other things that has happened does make more sense
Now with that being said I wish he did update some of that info on the website or respond to inquiries
or even just send an email out once a week saying
orders up to such and such date have been sent as of..
Things happen I get that
but I've called and it goes to voice mess and says message box is full
I have emailed no return email
no communication
If it were not for ECF I would have thought he took money and closed shop
but because people have posted on ECF
that they are getting orders Is the only reason I'm not calling my CC company
because Clays not answering
