There are no more or less expensive the Madvapes when it comes to Dekang. 50ml of dekang at madvapes is 10.99. The shipping is only a few dollars and there isnt that long wait. Also mtvaporbaker.com sells 30ml of American made juice for .50 cents more then that Chinese website and the shipping is super cheap.

Here is a recent order I tried to put in at powerwholesale.net The shipping kills the deal every time. I dont understand cause when I order something on ebay from the same area its a couple bucks to ship for an item that might only cost a couple bucks to begin with.

China and Australia to Las Vegas
I ordered from e-cig,com and it took 13 days to get here, but that was during Christmas and customs held it for 7 days
I ordered from ............... and it took 10 days to get here, but that was also during Christmas
I also ordered from greenhouseone.com and it took 11 days in March of last year
If you are patient and the shipping cost doesn’t exceed you savings it may be worth it, But I’m not.
So instead of waiting I DIY my juice, and I buy in bulk.

So then what do you use for an atomizer or cartomizer??? They are all made in China. And where does 90% of all vaping supplies come from? - China, the country that invented vaping. And it was a Chinese company that brought suit against the FDA and saved vaping from being banned in this country.
I use Health Cabin for all my hardware supplies they are fast, well packaged and I have never had a problem with anything from them, I recommend them to all my friends here as shipping is the same time (10 days) from China or the USA for us who live at the end of the world. 
Check your facts. None of that is true except the FDA battle. That battle would be obvious though considering that almost every vendor on the planet buys from China. The loss of capital would be huge if they could not sell to the USA.
I guess if you count rebuildable atomizers, then 99.9999% of all atomizers and cartomizers come from China. And the founder of Ruyan did invent the modern personal vaporizer as we know it. Please prove otherwise if you don't agree.
My main point is that there is enough bias in this world that we don't need to add to it by lumping a whole country into a "do not buy" category. I am definitely not a fan of the Chinese form of government but there are plenty of examples right here in this country where manufacturers made dangerours products that were used by the public. There is no need to scare people when there is no proof to support it in this particular industry.

I have a first order coming from Health Cabin. It shipped on the 2nd, two weeks tomorrow. Shipping was only $5.15 though, and roughly half the price of same items here. According to the tracking, it's been in the same spot for nine days. Might go with the quicker shipping next time.
Well Health Cabin does not sell very much stuff but next time I order some cartos I will see them and I am sure I can find one or two more things to add in. Other then $4.50 for a 5 pack the cheapest I have seen them for was $5.00. So order every so often and order a lot. It could be pretty good savings.
The shipping does make it more expensive (although I'll grant you that it's minimal and you are correct about not having to wait as long for the juice to get to your door.) And you have to spend $75 at madvapes to get free shipping vs. $29.90 at e-liquid-store.com

Got my package from Health Cabin today. Two weeks from the day they shipped, packaged very well and everything was correct. Got another package from a Connecticut vendor and most of it was wrong or wouldn't work.

So as I can see their business philosophy is to send a cheaper product than the ordered and than deep silent.

Do some homework. Place a sample order. Check the results.....

As a veteran of ECF pionted out, China is a big mess, and as im finding out by spending some time looking, it may be getting even worse. I found it better, if you like Joyetech, to go to their site and try to find if Eastmall is selling genuine Joyetech products. There are numerous chinese companies that have start-up dates of 2012, and worst yet are selling "ego-c ", which i have, or vision vivi nova, which i want to try. Assuming the vision vivi nova that everbody is talking about is made by Visionecigar, thats the one i want to get and try. Chinese companies dont seem to care about coping each other and both Joyetech and Visionecigar have issued warnings about copycats. Visionecigar lists their partners as Healthcabin and Topchanced. I could only find a list of USA venders on Joyetech. Maybe try under their "news" link. ALL newbe's , like myself, and even veterans, need to be aware of this.
