You can usually notice a drop in vapour production and throat hit well before batteries run out! But what I do is change the batteries every 5-6 hours of use (medium to heavy vaping!) Spare batteries are that cheap it not a problem to rotate them and have 4 or more spare ones!

The switch is very well made and should last ages but if any problems you would have to send it back to UK or am sure trog would talk you through a diy repair if you up to doing it?

Couple of questions on the Screw Driver. Anyone own one that knows a few answers.

How do you know when to charge the batteries so they don't fully drain?

How long does the switch last before it needs replacing and how is this done? Does it have to be shipped to the UK?

When the power drops off -- little or no vapor -- you know it's time to change the battery (there's only one). None of mine have discharged below 2.8 or 2.9V, per a multimeter test.

I've only had mine two months, and the switch is fine. The switch is vulnerable to dropping on a hard surface. If it needs to be serviced, you'd send it back to the UK, where it's almost always a 24-hr turnaround shipment back to you.

We can recharge these batteries can't we? I've read on a couple of threads where people just toss them. I'm not sure if they toss them after a few charges or right away. Sorry I'm so confused about this.

If people don't have batteries for it they (I) would buy non rechargeable cr2 batteries to get me through until could get the rechargeables.
