Anyone placed an order with Heavens Gift lately?

I placed an order from Heavens Gifts 12/11 and it doesn't show up as even arriving in customs yet. I know USPS tracking sucks, but that's almost 2 weeks with no movement at all.

Anyone else waiting?

Did you use EMS or Airmail? If Airmail, it could be as much as 2 months although usually not that long but we're in the worse possible season for shipping.

I had EMS orders on the 10th and the 16th - both were reported as leaving china on the 17th - no mention of any stateside stops even as late as early morning on the 21st and they both arrived that day - one in 11 days and the other in 5?? and that one over the weekend?? So much depends on what US airport they're sitting in and how much scrutiny the customs officials are giving them. One would think that at some point before xmas, they'd just let a bunch go, but gov't officials don't think that way.

I see we're in the same state so I really should have arrived. I have a deal here where some orders don't come into my PO but in a neighboring town and they have to come by car to deliver it then - since you have to sign, if I'm not home they drop it locally and I get it the next day - I'm not certain as to why that is. I should ask my postmistress. Hope it wasn't for a xmas present. But have a Merry Xmas anyway

Thanks, Kent. It was a Christmas present for me and I'm not in any hurry for it so I'll wait until after the holidays and see if it shows up.

My last HG order was placed on the 7th December, I recieved it on Monday...so it took aprox two weeks from order to delivery.

Thanks, Deschain. I guess it's just slow delivery because of Christmas. I don't mind slow delivery as long as they don't lose it.

I placed an order (my first from HG) on 12/16 and received it on 12/22 using the EMS option - yup 6 days, I wasn't expecting it nearly that fast. I wasn't even in a hurry to get it, I only picked the EMS option because it sounded to me like that had less chances of a hassle with customs, although I'm not sure if that's really true or not. That along with the significantly faster shipping was worth the extra $8 to me.

I placed an order with HG on 12/04 with EMS shipping and haven't seen anything other than it's cleared to leave Shanghai. Considerable delay...

Update: It was delivered yesterday. (Yes, Christmas day. Had no idea the USPS would deliver. I asked the carrier and he chuckled and said he's getting ridiculous overtime for delivering packages that were meant to go out on 12/24 but got delayed.)
So, three weeks isn't so bad considering holiday delays. It doesn't reflect on HG, of course.

Been two weeks for me also, using EMS. The tracking is unreliable at best; I'm sure it's just sludging along with all the other holiday stuff.

I waited on my 905 for 11 days or so, until Tuesday when it came. Shipped EMS, and it didn't show up at all in customs according to the tracking number. China, to Ohio, then to me.

Took me almost 3 weeks to get mine disapeared after clearing customs there and before customs here.

Some are getting their order in 6 or 7 days and some are taking 3 weeks. USPS and customs stink. But.......Merry Christmas anyway.

Well I got my order in 6 days from them but the web site says expect 3 weeks this time of year. I will say Ive ordered quite a bit from China and never had any prob so I think you will be alright just be patient.

I placed 2 orders with them on the 9th and 10th. One arrived on the 18th the other doesn't show customs yet - yet both show leaving China on the 13th.

Just an update. I tracked my order that was placed 12-11-09 on EMS tracking, and it shows the following. Does this mean Chinese customs refused it?

I did e-mail Heavens Gifts but haven't heard back yet.

Sounds like it beckah. It happened to me several months ago so they re-shipped it and it came right through quickly the 2nd time.
