That's great ljmk, I don't think there's going to be any problems with small or personal orders at this point. If a ban does happen, it's going to be aimed more at suppliers with big orders. I think down the line there will be some hit and miss refusals of personal shipments, but to the FDA that small fry and a waste of their funding and resources. Large orders would have a better impact and carry more publicity.

I placed my order with Ruyandirect on April 28th, and it cleared Customs May 3rd. Mine was a small order (cartridges and some atomizers). Now we await usps.
Is this the order with the DSE601? If so, I contacted the FDA and customs and asked that it be re-directed to me for scientific testing to insure the package was properly labeled.
My ruyandirect order made it..too bad my job is closed on the weekends to accept it
im gonna be bouncing off the walls at work on monday till its delivered
that is my 4th order from ruyandirect and it has taken 6 business days all 4 times to get to me...via EMS
1K is huge Dvst, I have my fingers crossed wishing you all the luck in the world. Who is your supplier if you don't mind me asking? mine is BestEcig. If the FDA does stop your order they will, in most cases offer to return the product to the sender. You will be out the shipping cost. Your supplier should refund your product cost after he receives it back. At least my supplier does.

Is the 801 your are talking about the same as the Gamucci Penstyle (believe it is the DSE 801 Penstyle). I have been trying to find extra atomizers for it and cannot find any in stock anywhere. Just wondering
