Anyone recommend a custom leather man

You will find one if you go hit up a knife or concealed weapons forum. They always have a few resident holster makers.

Sadly, I just can't afford to do it right now since it's almost always a losing proposition for me to make something if I'm not reasonably certain of being able to sell at least three in short order.

I know there are a number of leather workers selling on Etsy so you might want to look for one there that does cases and drop them a note to see if they do custom work.
