RDA Anyone tried a Mina?

I picked up a Mina rda clone,as i found it on clearance for $5,but so far i am not impressed at all haha.It has a knurled ring at the bottom that looks like it is for adjustable air flow,but it will only move a hair so it's not really doing anything,and the air flow the way it is,is almost useless,it has such a tight draw it's almost unusable.This must not have ever been a popular atty,i searched here and google and can't find even 1 review on it.
