I am desperately searching for some feedback on the Greencig G400. Does anyone out there have any experience with this unit? It has been around for a while now, but there is very little info out there...
Is it really of good enough quality to warrant the high price of batteries and cartos? (After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on crap that doesn't last I think I would be willing to spend the extra money if there was a major difference in quality)

What kind of performance can one expect from a G400? (Throat hit, automatic switch performance, etc.)

Thanks!

For a not-too-huge automatic battery that claims to deliver 900 mAh paired with 2-ml capacity cartomizers, there has been surprisingly little buzz about it (and it has been available – from NHaler as well as LeCig – for almost a year now). AtomicRein just posted a comment commending the G400 battery (which is compatible with widely available Kr8 cartomizers) but criticizing the G400 cartomizers. GreenCig cartos are known for tight draw, good vapor, modest flavor and TH. They are Kr8-compatible, but only work with automatic batteries. [NHaler mentions an $8 "KR808/901 > Greencig Cartos" adapter, but it is not currently available.]

Actually, the ~$60 price is not bad. For example, LiteCigUSA (known for low prices) sells the 900 mAh two-battery eGo-T for $80. The one-battery 800 mAh Leo sells for $50. A lot more information (e.g., myriad reviews) is available about those products, however.

Unless you are the pioneer type, I'd suggest going with a model with a greater track record. For a high-mAh, automatic battery, Kr8-compatible, I'm more intrigued by the 1300 mAh, 3-ml capacity carto Echo, e.g., $60 from SterlingVapor. Mountain Vapor sells it for $50 via PM or e-mail. [Cropduster901.com also sells it for $50, but currently is out of stock. ECF member, JohnnyBass sells it in chrome, but his Echolution website isn't up and running yet, so PM him.] The Echo is discussed in this thread among others.
