Anyone tried these new IKV Clear Cartos?

There's only one carto of Ikens I didn't care for but it wasn't the clear. The ones I tried seemed pretty good but everyone knows what my favorite carto is so I haven't usede too many clears.

The IKV visions or the clear dual/single coil versions?
Isaac makes the best dual-coil clear cartos I've ever used.
The IVK Visions tank cartridges work pretty well, also. TBH, I drip a lot, but I will use the dual-coil clearo's quite often.
My impressions of the visions are that they do perform well, and the ego version allows you to either drip or fill the tank, so there's that- it also fits perfectly on an ego or ego-threaded device like the KGO; cleans up the look. Personally I'd like to see one of the tank cartomizers with an io6 or cannon guts put inside. That there, would be the perfect vape with absolutely no mess or muss.

I tried them. I really liked that you could see the juice and knew right away when you need to fill. They hit really well and flavor was good. I only have one problem that will prevent me from getting them again. They are really fragile. the tube separates from the base really easily and leaks juice. I have only used 4 out of the 8 I purchased. The others sit in my case waiting for the day I have nothing else to use.

The single coil LR clear is my favorite carto for flavor and vapor production. But as mentioned, they are a bit fragile. I solve this by taking the metal tube from a mega and replacing the clear tube.

Really? I haven't had that happen with Isaac's clearo's, but it has happened with other vendor's randomly. Maybe it has something to do with whatever glues that plastic bit to the metal threads at the bottom. I usually found a hairline crack or fracture in the base of those clears that did leak, though it may be unrelated to the bottom coming detached, I'm just not sure.
Another thing that happens to all the tanks and clears is certain juice flavorings cause cracks in them. Banana and cinnamon to name a couple do it. There are others. There's posts on ECF about it somewhere. I know I like the IKVision except for the short wick. I'm putting a longer wick in mine when this one is kaput.
Sorry for the ancient bump, but how on earth do you get the Visions Ego Drip-style open? I've already opened and cleaned the other version, but I have one of the stardust-esque types that's cracked all over and I want to see the guts to see how they're holding up. Suggestions for a patch that's vape-safe? It was only a few days old, and I've lost 2 to cracks.
