I have not had a great experience with the Acorn or CE2's in general, but I think this is because I never took the time to learn all the tricks of getting them to work well. But don't fill it more than 1/2 way or it will flood and not work, that was my ignorant mistake when I first got it. It vapes nice when it is working properly.

Probably end up selling mine in the classifieds when I sell off all the cartos and other things I've tested and rejected.

Pull off the drip tip.
Unscrew the top.
Check the height on your threaded end to see if that's where you want it.
Use the eraser end of a pencil and push the 3 'washers' out of the tube watching which way they are flipped.
Put the lid back on.
Adjust the tube so it is just above the wicks, -just barely.
Might have to lube up the washers w/ juice and re-install one at a time w/ the pencil eraser.
Unscrew and fill.
Enjoy.
You should be good for a long time. If you ever get gurgly or taste juice, adjust the washers.
-just keep those wicks wet.
This has been my experience anyway.
Great little rig -and compared to some, freaking wonderful(!)
