chibi n acorn tank question

Soooo ive got both an acorn tank and a chibi tank and im wondering.....Im out of ce2 cartos and the chibi is a ..... to fill...sooo i havent tried it yet but wouldnt it be possible to put a punched carto into the acorn tank? then u could just twist off..refill..vape.! didnt know if it would work or if anyone has tried it before....just a thought!

That would sure make it easy to fill. I have both but haven't tried it yet. I find the Chibi very easy to fill. I just lift part of the top enough so I can get a syringe into the tank then fill away. If you don't have a syringe try and get one. Will make life a lot easier. If you have luck with a carto in the acorn keep us posted That might become my favorite tank then.

Got a chance to try it today. It works sort of. I had a hard time with the bottom cap so I used the top off my Chibi tank and it fit. Did not have an XL carto around to try so used a normal size one. The tube going in the top of the acorn tank just meets the carto and does not seal it. All I had was a condom from another cart so cut the bottom off and it fits over the connection. It works so far without any leaking but the only problem is I can't fill past the end of the carto because the condom is attached to the tube in the head cap. If you cut the acorn tank then you could use normal size carto a lot easier.
Don't know if it is worth it but at least I know it works.
