Anyone on here using an atty on their Volt?

So far i'll be using the gutted carto mod when my juices get here from ECBlend, however, i'm looking for something that's really made for dripping. Do not like the idea of dedicating new blanks to one flavor, mainly if I end up not liking the flavor.

Tell us what you're using, where you got it and the specs on it please!

I just tried a 901 atty on my new volt and it works with no adapter. This particular atomizer has a hole in the side a few mm from the threads. This seems to work fine and gives plenty of air for a good draw. I would only use one on a manual if you are planning on dripping, as my experience has always been these do leak a bit (a drop or 2 over time) but even that could cause trouble. I wouldn't chance it even on a sealed auto.

The atty is marked as follows on the gold connector: SLB 0B 241 21 The only thing is I bought this atty from Nhaler well over a year ago. I haven't seen what the newest design on a 901 is like so it may not be the same. Also, when you look down into the atty there's a silver washer surrounding the mesh over the coil. One more thing...to me the primer on these atty's was horrid, and one of the reasons I quit vaping after this new design came out. Not that it matters much now...I think the Volt has turned me into a carto man :) I would only use an atty at this point for juice tasting as well.

I just pulled out a 901 atty and tried it again to refresh my memory. Yeah - It works, but the airflow is wonky on mine. And, it's like getting a fresh milk shake through a straw. In my opinion, nothing works on a Volt battery like a Volt carto. When I want to test nicquids, I use a gutted Volt. BTW - For anyone else wanting to try this, the step by step instructions are here:

I have used a DSE-901 Atomizers $4.99 from Value Vapor on my V2 Batt ( sorry dont have a Volt yet ) and These standard DSE-901 Atomizers are manufactured by SLB. they do have the little hole on the side too , so maybe that is what makes it compatible ??
But I quickly found out that I am not a dripper.
I like the 901T atty/tank combo but cant wait to try a Volt Carto in mint and menthol. :)

I also use the 901s on my volt manuals (I agree w/zap there), a couple came w/my riva kit which I normally use just for testing, and i got a few others from vaperite and vaper station, they all have little holes in them and work fine on the volt.

Just be sure to NOT use the low resistance ones as that will draw more power and kill your volt battery.

Normally when testing I just break out the riva 901, but volt all the way for daily vaping :)

OK - has anyone tried to use the DSE901T tank on a sealed VOLT battery? I bought and received 3 VOLT batts and close to the same time got a few 901T tanks (atomizer w/tank) to try. All of the threads are compatible kr808D1 threading. The 901T tank system fits both my V2 auto batteries and the Volt batteries with no problems. But I cannot get the tanks to work on the Volt batts. They work beautifully on my V2 batts. All of my cartimizers work great with both sets of batts though I think I am getting better hits with the Volt batts. My only concern is that myV2 batts are not sealed where the Volt batts are. Though this wonderful new tank system has shown zero signs of leaking - I still worry about that. I would love to have the tanks work on my Volt batts too. Anyone else tried this setup yet?

I got my 901 Atomizer from Good Prophets today that was recommended by Imagine along with their stainless steel tapered drip tip earlier today. I JUST got to try it out right now.

Needless to say, this is the best experience EVER. I might even do this instead of cartos! I'm not really sure yet. But the combination is perfect. The draw is almost EXACTLY similar to the Volt Cartos, maybe a just bit more airy. The thing is, I can drip and sample with ease now. No need to gut cartos and worry about leakage. Nothing. Straight forward and easy. Screw on the GP901 Atty, drop in 3-5 drops and vape away! I tried to blow out any priming fluid, nothing. Made the process easier. No burning taste at all. Thanks a million Imagine! You guys should resell these on the Smokeless Image site re-branded and maybe even improved (if that's even possible?).

Oh and what is also awesome? I ordered 2 attys and a drip tip, they sent me a free extra atty!

Drip tip review: It adds a bit more weight to the mouth end of the PV making it more balanced. I like it a lot. I put it on a Volt blank carto and it made the flavors come out more too. Now I know what people mean by drip tips improving taste. More vapor flow and more vapor covering your tongue versus a tiny pinpoint.

Atty: Spare Atomizer for GP901
Drip Tip: Drip Tips Metal
