As i understand this controller is the most complex type to design but i need this controller for a mod i want to put into production. i need some help any schematics, pictures, parts lists will help.

If you're planning on using this in Boost be aware the are smaller better devices out there.
Ti offers referennce designs on their website with all the information you need. Schematics are also in the datasheet.
It's not very difficult to design for an ecig application, just start with the example circuit and tweak from there.
