THe place I bought it from will not return it . SO I have to RMA through both Smok and UnJoy Etech :( Hopefully the replace them they may very well tell me to pound sand . My wife aka Mod Killa X had her hands on them . She went through 4 mods in month , thats her record ... all nice not clone or junk either . She tends to miss leaking tanks \

I started to notice by the juice she was going through ... before I even looked at her mods. Such a waste of good juice and pretty mods

Generally, the manufacturers will tell you to go through the business you purchased it from. They rarely, if ever, deal with the end customer.

THe place I bought it from will not return it .

They're still obligated to honor their in house warranty. Unless, of course, you're outside that window now.

I can't be of any help with RMA to manufacturers, but what you talk about with the Smok OSub sounds like what I was seeing with my iStick Pico the day after I bought it. Mod would fire, but nothing on the screen. Turns out I had accidentally put it in stealth mode. Just sayin, before you go RMA the Smok OSub, see if it has a stealth mode that got accidentally enabled.
