Anything fall inbetween the SCD and Provari

I have both and like the formfactor. I was wondering if their was an 18650 tube type that had better voltage regulation than the SVD but is lower in price than the provari? The SVD3 would be nice but I want to stick with18650 batteries.

Perhaps the new China dna 30 tube mods? I believe the Tobeco 18650 dna 30 clone is around $100.

There's the 2 variations of the 7- mod, 7-22 and 7-30. Takes the larger 26650 battery. So even more battery life at the expense of size and weight.
