After using the Cerotank mega for 24hr, I can say it vapes exactly the same as the V2. The airflow ring is different, having 3 evenly spaced holes around that are different sizes. The flavor, absence of leaking and gurgling is the same as the V2.

When filling the tank, I took it all the way to the top of the air tube. I thought I might get some gurgling from overfilling but didn't happen. :)

I'm very pleased with this tank and besides, it looks so much better on the 'vari with a beauty ring then the V2. Nice profile. :thumb:

Now I have two V2s and two megas. Totally pleased with all of them.

Now for the next new toy!

I'm glad you find the Cero Mega pretty much the same as the Cero V2. I have 2 the of latter, and ordered one of the Megas. I'll see about ordering another Mega soon...so I'll have 2 of them, too. I can deal with an airflow that is bit different...so long as I can get it set somewhere I like. I am confident I can, now!

I am happy with the V2 and the Mega as well. My Mega does not have 3 holes on the airflow ring though, just one, like the Aerotank mega, but smaller. I wonder if I need to order another one as well? For research and stuff.

Just in case anyone is interested in colored or decorated glass for their Cerotank V2 or Mega, here's the link to the Phiniac page: Kangertech

The V2 uses the Protank2/3/Aerotank glass.
The Cerotank Mega uses the Aerotank Mega glass.

You read my mind!! That was my next question!!!

Now for my STUPID question..... how do you take the tank apart!!! o_O

I got the phiniac glass for my V2s and can't get the :censored: thing apart.

Help would be appreciated.

Did you turn it around about 1/3rd? Turn around slowly or you will miss them. Different sized holes on mine. Sort of like the large Nautilus.

You most likely just need to use a wide rubber band and/or one of those jar opener rubbery thingys to grip the metal and the glass. Once you get it started a hair, it's very easy to unscrew the ends off.

I just did it with an old abandoned kanger mini I had with the original clear glass. Grippers were a must for the first attempt at changing glass. Not so much for the 2nd time. (The Cero and Kanger mini are identical, except for the lovely cero modified to accept Kanger and Aspire coils---so it's a pretty valid test. I changed the cero glass ages ago and don't remember the details.)

I'll try the rubber band(s) if I have some wide ones. I thought about a wrench but was afraid I would scratch up the metal and/or crack the glass.

One thing... I won't give up trying (if I can find my rubbery jar opener).

I'm so happy to hear that you can take it all the way to the top of the air tube - I was wondering about that... you solved the curiosity, so I'm going to do that today. I've now had my Cero Mega for nearing 24 hours and still enjoying it SO much. It's such a relief not having to pamper a tank, go through rituals or other BS to vape (like with my Cubis & iSub tanks - both are going in the scrap pile). I also have two Anyvape Davide tanks that I like very well, too. So thank you for this tip. Yes... on to the next new toy!

I have a Phiniac etched CoolFire IV on the way - it is going to look amazing with my Cero Mega sitting on top! When I can justify more $$out I will get a pretty etched glass for it, as well.

No, mine has a slot that is graduated in size from one end to the other, the ring with the hole turns so it can be set to anywhere along the slot. I can't remember what the Nauti airflow ring is like, I will have to dig one out. But, it seems like there are different set ups with the Ceros? o_O

Yep! You found them. The middle slot is my happy place! ;)

PS: I said hole when I should have said slot... sorry :)

The ring has one hole. The three slots are under the ring.

I am confused!!! I only have one long slot (that sounds so dirty!) under my ring. One end is large and as I turn the ring, the slot gets narrower. I turned it all the way around, no extra slots.

LOL! I don't care, it's working!!:p

Don't be confused Q! I just checked my other mega and it has the long slot and the ring moves so much easier. There must be two different styles.

I wonder how many have holes versus one long slot.
