anyway to adjust draw on atomizer

I ordered an unknown branded atomizer and recieved it today, but for some reason the draw is really hard, and it is not producing a lot of vapor. I have used this atomizer before as it came with my LT from Apollo and the last time I used it, the atomizer worked like a dream. Is there anyway to get a better draw on these things? I only ordered this atomizer because it ships pretty much same day and arrives the next day so I thought for 3 bucks it would hold me over until my cisco atomizers arrive. Any advice would be great..

I am thinking about giving it a good boil in tap water..could this help?

First I would try blowing it out really well from both ends to make sure it's not clogged. Then, if you notice the draw is only tight when connected to the battery I've had luck just slightly unscrewing it from the battery. If the atty has a tight draw whether or not it's on the battery sometimes debridging it can do a lot to improve airflow.

Seems like the atomizer is a bit gunked up with old juice. Best thing to do is clean it and do a few dry burns. That will help with the vapor production. With the draw, you can drill out some of the holes on the connection. That will allow more air flow.

well luckily they are sending me a new one..but i really want this one to work..okay so it seems like draw was hard from the moment i got it in today..since then I have boiled it(just now)..debridged it..blown the fudge out of it till i am blue in the face lol...grrr

LOL I know where your coming from. Had that happen with a few atties that I bought too. It's good that they're sending out a replacement though. Some atties are just like that since the air holes in the connection are too small. So, they don't allow enough air into your atty when you take a drag.

By drilling it out. You are allowing more air into the atty. Another way is to take something like a needle or paper clip, heat it up (I know.....), and using that to make the hole a bit bigger. This way is more of a PITA but, it gets the job done eventually. I'm pretty persistent myself when it comes to things not working right.

The problem I've found with really cheap atties is that they didn't do a very good job of wrapping the coil cup with the mesh, and it's partially blocking the air flow through the atty.
Yes, I've messed with them and have gotten them to work before, but as often as not just end up braking the coil connection in the process.

I am thinking that this is the problem as I have made the holes near the post larger and this did not help at all..So much for my plan to get a cheap atty to hold me over till the nice ones get here. It just blows my mind as the first one I had worked so well..It was a vapor machine..
