That's the part I'm not ready for, the building and wrapping and ohm checking. Ohms law makes my brain bleed, my eyes cross and smoke pours out of my ears. I'll give it a little more time, maybe my taster will start working again.
I was afraid of the whole rebuilding thing too, but watched few videos and realized it's not that hard. Do a little research on youtube and you may be surprised at how easy it is.
You may be one of the folks that has to constantly rotate - I know a few people that can't vape anything for 20 minutes no matter how 'ADV worthy' it is!
I am definitely one of those folks. I keep about 9 or 10 510 cartos with different flavors in my to-go case whenever I leave the house.

Carto tanks are convenient like that for sure. I change it up, but it happens so intuitively now I almost don't think about it. Just keep half a dozen mods within arms reach at all times and grab whatever works ;)

Well the Grap3Ape3 is still hiding. So I'm following the directions on the bottle and letting it steep for a couple weeks from it's born on date. Maybe he's just shy and needs some time in a nice quiet place. Had the daughter try it again today, I tried it again on every voltage between 3.0 and 4.4. She still tastes bubble gum (what?) I still taste a little sweetness. I'm not giving up on it. I will have my grape!

Also counting the days until I can order some more flavors...

Don't think about the cloud chasers. An Igo-w with a simple mid-range microcoil and a cotton wick will open your eyes and tastebuds. It sounds and looks more daunting than it is.

Couldn't agree more with the post above . Igo w ($10-12) was my first dripper a few weeks ago and grape ape is fantastic in it. Single and dual microcoil with cotton, high ohms low ohms sub ohms it's good with it all. If your using any rebuild able clearo like the kanger tanks i would highly recommend learning to make micro coils and wick with cotton . Something else I recommend if you go that route is to get a "artistic coil wizard" . You can get one on amazon or at Michaels. On YouTube Super X has a video in how to use the gizmo to make a micro coil. It's pretty much noob proof. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kNT5-s0U5jk.

If you need help or have any questions please feel free to pm me. I promise it will make a world ofa difference in the quality of your vape.

If they had tanks...I *might* get up the nerve to try it. But then I'd still need to buy the wire (I like my 2.4+ range, lowest I like is 2.0 I think), the wicking material, the RDA itself (which again, not a tank...), a multimeter, plus the gizmo thingy though i can probably manage with a drill bit. I haven't even rebuilt a kanger head, too tiny to deal with for my thumbs/wrists. And my budget is shot. I just grabbed two juices I shouldn't have but couldn't resist :p

Edit to add: I did half try to rewick a kanger. I got the cotton in it through the existing coil. And it tasted absolutely AWFUL. Not burnt. Just horrible. And GA was in the tank. I'm wondering if that destroyed the taste for me. I'm switching to Vivi Nova-S tanks when my vape mail gets here. Not sure those can even be recoiled.

It's hard to rewick the stock coils, at least for me. Microcoils way easier to rewick roll of 30guage Kanthal is around 8 bucks and organic cotton a couple bucks and 1/16th drill bit as cheap as a dollar or so . Don't need a RDA to use microcoils . Any rebuild able clearo will work . Something else we did on our clearos was to drill out on of the Airholes on the base to 1/16, big difference too.

They should sell a starter kit with all of that in it. I'd definitely need the tool in the other post, plus all the parts and the silica wick, then I have to figure out Aspire Vivi Nova-S too. And I just...ADSGGJ!

Too much to compute right now. But I am pretty sure I have the drill bit at least :p

After ordering my last juice, plus groceries and gas I am done for...the forseeable future.

Whew, I thought it was just me Calamity. I've loved everything else I've tried from Kent so decided to let it sit for awhile. That was about a month ago. Might try again this weekend. I do truly love the Queen I got on the same order though.

It turns out, I may just not be able to taste grape in vapor. I also can't taste MBV's grape they sent with an order, or the grape at my local B&M. I can't taste blueberry or raspberry either. Which possibly explains why my Betelgeuse taste more citrus than anything (But still delicious) and I can taste something in Grape Ape but not the grape itself.

To be honest and not bashing another company, out of 10 juices from **ANOTHER COMPANY** - 5 had no taste at all for me and Renea. On the other hand I can get a couple different tastes from Grape Ape. It's also a good mixer on a few other NT juices.

Usually it's just bad "synergy" between the liquid and the device. As hard as I try, all the liquid doesn't taste great to everyone in every device. Taking control over the coil is the best bet, but sans rebuilding, the next best bet is go to a high quality dual coil bottom feeding tank system with low resistance, on a variable wattage device.

Newly built microcoil with cotton wick in a Protank II with an air control valve and fresh MVP2...I'm glad to say The Ape has finally emerged. Now I see what the fuss was all about. I'm a convert. Kent was right, had to get the "synergy" correct.

Did you take an Aerotank base on out it on your pt2? Was thinking about setting Renea up something. If she doesn't like my newly acquired and retired KFL prolly what we will go next with her. I got her a dual coil carto tank but we forgot To pick up extra cartos and somehow the one that came with had a open and was DOA. I have yet to try a carto tank setup myself .

I actually can't properly taste the fruit flavors from any of the fruit eliquids I've tried. Not from any company. Sometimes I can taste them for the first minute or two that I vape them but then it's over. Even if I wait a few weeks and try them again it's usually a no go. Sometimes they just taste like hair conditioner to me, but not to my friends, so I know it's me. Must be a quirk.

I feel so much better knowing it isn't just me! As it steeps I get more flavor, but still not grape. It's definitely my tongue.

It's definitely not just you. I haven't tried Grape Ape or Queen of Hearts specifically, but I've tried quite a few other fruit vapes including Betlegeuse. Maybe we're just oversensitive to certain flavors in eliquids. I have a very keen sense of tastes with actual food but something about fruit eliquids isn't simpatico with my tongue.

So far the only fruit eliquid flavor I've found that I can taste properly is pineapple. That doesn't mean all fruit eliquids taste bad to me, although many do, they just DO NOT taste anything like their descriptions or how my friends describe them if we vape them together. Now, Bedrock is spot on, but I don't taste any real fruits, only the cereal candy and milk... and it's overpoweringly strong, but pretty awesome none the less. I need to cut it with some unflavored eliquid. Popular Orange Cream vapes taste kind of like Orange Clean furniture polish to me. Very unfortunate but I know it's not the liquids. Seems like straight banana vapes are some of the worst offenders, but Banana Nut Bread eliquids work beautifully.

Have you had any pineapple eliquids like Malibu, or Pina Colada type flavors? Those work just fine for me. I'd like to know your experience with them, if possible.
