I have identified the brittle issue and am looking for a solution. It affects my ability to make a nice white base and brighter colors.

Also a note of clarification. The bullet buttons are drilled slightly larger so they won't be nearly as difficult to install. Reasoning behind this is that the brass doesn't stretch like the resin does so tends to stay tight over time with the bigger hole.
I am sending string with each bullet button but it's very likely it won't be needed.

I started prototyping on peko buttons and rings today. I hope I can make these work! I will keep you all posted.
