Ok all. Here is a new knurled style button I hinted about a while back. These are kind of a pain to make so won't be doing these often. What do u guys think?

I haven't really looked into it as this was kind of an experiment on repurposing something I had on hand. I had found a nickel plated ring that might work but had to order a large amount. I'm always on the lookout for materials that may work.
Need to buy a lathe then I can pretty much make anything.

Sure has been quiet around ecf the past two weeks. Suppose everyone is outside enjoying a little spring weather. It was 80 deg here yesterday and it snowed 3 inches on Thursday! We get crazy temperature swings here in the spring[emoji47]
A bit of button porn, get better pix tomorrow.......thank you Roscoe, excellent! The buttons look very cool from the sides as well going from darkish on the bottom to a bit of sparkle and color on the tops. I really like the Steam Punk, for not being a Steam Punk person. The blue is very deep, but shows definite blue.
Gave the TRA a quick polish with Mother's and some Never Dull and it came out pretty much the way I wanted. Shiney but not SHINEY, it's waiting on a bluey/greeny Dready Door.
The CV is down, I don't want to use it cause it seems to be darkening as I look at it, I have to clear coat it before I use it again sorta bummed there. The SL and solid door are still good, but not the mod.

Those buttons look awesome allpeppers! [emoji4] I love the steampunk ones. I see something different every time I look at mine. LOL And I'm not normally into the steampunk either but these are so eye catching [emoji4]

I am waiting on a certain driptip "sale" to see if i can get the tips i want, then to try to "match" a button to it. Thats my plan anyway!!

Happy Easter all. The CV is back up, clear coated and in the mix again. Back over to the gallery since the black wrinkle took the copper/black steampunk. So CV lost all his goodies including the door. I have to say I find these buttons very comfortable to use, easy to move the button on and off and with that nice rounded side, just very easy to use and they look great, thanks Roscoe! The PDA needs some cleaning up, looks a bit rough there.
