Alright folks. Here is what I have been working on lately. I have decided to make a some more if anyone is interested. What do you all think? This is the prototype and has been in my daily driver for about a week. It goes without saying that subsequent mods will have a better fit and finish.

Yes 18650 full mech. I am using a 6 ml bottle in the prototype but am looking for a bit larger bottle. This thing is ALL copper and brass except the 510 which is stainless. The switch connection is not made on the battery so no more pitted battery tops[emoji6] The switch is user serviceable by removing the bottom portion of the mod. All insulators are hand cast resin of course[emoji1]
It is incredibly simple... the top just slips of. The bottom comes off by removing the 5 screws around the base and sliding it off. The switch insulator is held in by 3 of those five screws. The button has no lock but before pocketing I just raise the top a bit to disconnect the battery to prevent accidental activation. I subscribe to the K.I.S.S. concept.I didn't realize until now it was a squonker! How awesome! Nice work Roscoe

Out of curiosity, how easily can those components be taken apart & reassembled by the user?
