I don't know of anything other than a cyclone afc that has big air and under 18mm.
Maybe a desmo or an alex have enough air for restricted lung hits. 14 mm though.

Nuppin' is 18mm but you have to stalk the classies for one. The only other ones I can think of are No Fear, No Fear Again, and No Gain. You might have to search around to find those in stock, but they do come available a few at a time almost every week. I am not a lung hitter so I cannot say for certain if they will be open enough for you without drilling it out, but I do know several lung hitters that like them without modification.
I suspect he is looking for something to fit in a 16mm catch cup that he can lung hit.
No Fear Again has better airflow than the Speed or non-AFC cyclone. You can get colored caps for it, if that is your style. It comes with a black one.
If no flatter available for your 510 maybe a 510 change is an option for you. Not sure which mod you have.

IIRC a rm2 fits in a 16mm cup. Open the air up to a slot with a Dremel cut off wheel (@pdib style ) and slap a big old Clapton in there......and tailpipe that bad boy! [emoji1]

All I do is lung hit and can satisfactory do this on al l14mm I have bought. The most restrictive is the hellfire viper but with lose lips it's possible and actually very nice. Next the luca creations speed, again similar to the viper but a touch more air. Next Id say no fear again and finally the most airy is Galactika Matrix which comes with two top caps, the one with two small slits either side is surprisingly airy. I have been a 2 joke either side on the stumpy and derringer which is considerably more air than the matrix and for this reason alone whilst getting a few Italian mods recently that only cater 14mm I thought I was going to hate it..... It's actually been the opposite with me finding lately im grabbing my 14mm over my 22mm. Funny how quickly what at first thoughts you think a restrictive air flow actually now feels very airy. The matrix for anyone who wants good air at 14mm is definitely the one to try, the slits btw can be tightened right down, this atty whilst they are all great for flavour I have found to be the best

Looks like I need to find a matrix and the nuppin was suggested also. It will be a while before I get the mod back from repair so I got some time.
