That would be awesome Roscoe. Let me know when u are settled in. No major rush. It's usable as is, just kinda funky from the previous user. Btw, the mod is absolutely gorgeous. So glad I bought it!

Squonk isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol through it 2-3 bottles worth (don't let it go back into the bottle), then flush very, very well with 5-6 bottles of hot water. The bottle and tube may need an overnight soak in isopropyl followed by several rinses of hot water if it was a really strong juice. Works every time and much better than anything else I have tried over the years.

Currently doing that in 90 proof vodka. The atty I got with it, Royal Hunter clone, requires some crazy small Allen key for the positive posts and it started rusting out so I'm just gonna wait till my stumpy comes next week. Hopefully it will be a good match. I also have a N22 clone incoming that was converted to BF.

That royal hunter has been around the block. It was originally mine and resided on Avion 001

Yeah it's definitely seen some use. I will try to use it if I can get something small enough for the positive posts. I'd actually like to so I can fire it up tonite! Off to the hardware store I go.

Well you got the top cap off, so now time for that full tear down and polish!
I've used brasso on mine but still partial to the hue mother's shines to.
Full dissasembly is so great and easy.
I love this mod.
A manta is great on it, just got a vector in tonight, might give it a spin.

If it didn't come with any Allen wrenches, you'll need a 0.50" Allen to adjust the magnets on the switch....while you're at the hardware store and all;)

No hardware store tonite. I have a few small Allen keys to adjust everything else. It is just the micro one for the positive post on the royal Hunter.
I wouldn't be much help on the specs for the royal hunter grubs as I don't own one anymore. a quick tip for stubborn or odd sized Allen grub screws...you can often times use torx bits in lieu of an Allen key.

Agreed on the mothers polish. Really makes a very dark and classy shine on copper. I like to add a wipe down of never dull after the mothers for good measure[emoji6]
